"I can feel the swelling of tide, Johann. Be careful. It feels like there is going to be a crashing of chaos against the rocks here."
Johann nodded. Arno's intuition was dependable, especially in times like this. With the warning, it meant he'd be ready for it. Before he could give a proper response, the inquisitor spotted a pickpocket trying. It was bad enough that these people did that for a living, but to do it on such an occasion was unforgivable.
"I saw that, scoundrel!" he declared, pointing toward the man.
"What?" said the would-be theif. "I wasn't doing nothing!"
"Then why's your hand so close to my rear pocket, good sir? Trying to admire my buttocks?" His probable victim interjected, staring daggers at the thief. The coward said nothing in return before turning tail and running away with a dotari in pursuit. "That's what I thought... Thanks, stranger." The man thanked as he pulled out some coins for his hero. "Take these for you troubles."

Isabelle finally spots Morgar as he makes his way through the crowd. She jumps off the the fountain's rim and embraces Morgar around the neck "Flattery will get you everywhere." she whispers in his ear before pulling back. "Such an interesting crowd." she remarks "So many different elements here and the dottari looking like hounds straining at the leash, just waiting to be loosed. I hope nothing untoward happens."
Morgar chuckles in response. "While you hope for that, I'm hoping for some change. Perhaps now that the voices of the people are under his balcony, we'll get him to see some sense. Just wish some of these guys would let the people with REAL problems against Thrune get their say in first, y'know?"

As more and more time passes, the crowd grows in almost all aspects. All sides of the argument get louder as the streets and park continue to pack with people. All the while, Thrune had yet to make an actual appearance. This only spurned the crowd into further unrest.
