oof

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu, able to understand the goblin, fires off two arrows, hoping to follow through with Rak's threat.

attack: 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 8 + 2 = 22
damage: 1d8 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 + 2 = 7

we can parley with out blades drawn. If... we come to a resolution. Then they will be sheathed. though I very much doubt that... Lelu responds, muttering that last bit under her breath. she scans the room while speaking.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

lelu is about to reprimand someone for thinking about giving up their chance at a surprise, but just slowly smiles when the others talk sense. She carefully opens the door and slinks in like a shadow.... in a well lit room.

stealth: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

I may be able to help with that problem... she puts her tools to work to see if she can't shimmy open the lock.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

I wouldn't want to fall in there if there wasn't something there quite frankly. Let us press onward, the quicker we are, the less time there is for something to go wrong. she nods towards the closed double doors.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu fire off two arrows at the gobos, not liking the fact that enemies were coming from both doors. She focuses on silver first, and if it falls, she turns her remaining arrow towards green.

sorry all, going through... something. Unsure if its depression, a sickness, or what. I just don't feel right or up to things. I may or may not get in posts, if I don't, I apologize and please bot me.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu fires her bow off twice at the first goblin. If it falls, she aims her shot at the second.

I am assuming lelu was also spotted :P

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

no spells, lelu will have her bow out and proceed stealthily.

stealth: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu will move to the other door and try and listen for sounds from the other side.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu follows them into the fort.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

When the others reach the top, lelu is sitting, arm over one knee, absentmindedly toying with a card. She is looking towards the edge with a smirk on her face. where to now?

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

sorry, she motioned for you to start climbing, but to do so quietly. I also forgot favored enemy effects to hit rolls too... lol.

Shalelu rolls forward, slicing the head off of one of the goblins before spinning around with the moment, trying to hit the remaining goblin while it was still caught off guard and before it could shout.

attack: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 7 + 2 = 14
damage: 1d10 + 2 + 2 + 1d6 ⇒ (10) + 2 + 2 + (2) = 16

lets hope that is enough to hit FF AC XD.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

stealth: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31
climb: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25

Lelu quietly latches the rope firmly around near the edge of the tower before tossing it back down to the others holding a finger up to her lips. Once the group starts climbing, she draws her blade and tries to quietly go over the lip of the tower and rush the two goblins.

stealth: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18
attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

could she go over the top and attack them in one go? Or would it be to far/much? I figure at best she would get one standard action, but I want to check to make sure.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

is there anything to tie a rope to at the spot she is?

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

I'll say east.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu climbs up the wall with the rope, tying it off at the top and tossing it back down for the others to use.

climb: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu has an ok climb of +6. So could do it with a 10.

climbing has never been my strongest point, but, I have had to do it a lot before. Normally those times involved climbing a tree. But I'd say I'm rather good compared to most.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

If you want to try and burn it, I think I have a way, but I doubt that the fire would spread well. But, if you want to find a weak spot, I'll do what I can as well.

Lelu helps him try to find any weak spots in the Palisades.

know. Engineering: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu smirks.

One picks up many things when you have to survive on your own. Let me see what I can do. She then moves to check out the trap.

do you allow taking 10 on disable device checks? would give me a 20 total.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

after making sure nothing of use is left to find, lelu nods.
We could perhaps, try to gain access without detection. As for them working together... if an entity powerful enough to exert their will over them did so, it could lead to a modicum of cooperation I think. If that is so, it only further bids caution on our part.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu tries to fire at the goblins she has easiest line of sight too, trusting the others to handle those near them. If her first target falls, she fires the second shot and a different one.

attack: 1d20 + 8 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 8 - 2 + 2 = 17

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu takes a slight step closer to the wall to get a clearer shot at the goblins in the back before loosing her arrows, if one falls to the first shot, she aims at the next nearest one with a bow in its hand.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

I would rather not have retreat cut off if that becomes a necessity. I say we return after making sure there aren't any surprises lurcking behind us. Lelu says looking around at the seen. Trying to see if she can notice anything of note, or perhaps another avenue of entrance other than the front gate.

perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Let us continue. Shall we head back the way we came? I don't particularly wish to try and traverse my way through this bramble thicket. She says to the others.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu rushes forward, drawing her blade as she moves. She skirts around the goblin, trying to hem the creature in. Determined to not let him slip away a second time. As she moves, she aims the edge of her blade for the foul goblins neck, hoping to use her momentum to increase the force of her strike without losing much accuracy.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Then let us hurry, we should take care to move quietly as well. There is bound to be an alarm raised, but perhaps we can still catch groups unaware. She says returning to the others after finishing replacing what arrows she could.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Animals can be fearsome opponents when cornered. But we most choose to either press forward, or retreat for now. And we must decide quickly.

Lelu moves forwards a bit, retrieving the arrows she can and glances around the corner.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

I didn't know that, then I guess I'd just shoot it.

Could I not just move through two allies, which IIRC is fine, and then move diagonally to the indicated square? Or does moving diagonally count as "moving into" both squares you pass?

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu curses under her breath as the goblin retreats, she tries to see it through the brambles even though they are likely too thick. perception?

She decides its better off to remove the immediate threat, as likely more of the green snots would be coming soon. She deftly moves around the others drawing her blade and tries to move behind the cougar without letting it get in a bite at her. Either way, she cuts at the cougar, taking advantage of its split focus.

Lelu whispers to the group.

there is a light of some sort moving through the bushes to the west. We need to strike towards one side quickly before we are flanked and trapped.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu sighs. Plans normally never went to.. well plan. But they gave a base to function from. Ah well.

Can't see the maps just yet, sent a request. I'm also not sure of the order you want, do you want stealth checks or perception checks to come first?

Lelu nods. While I prefer to keep distance with a bow, I am skilled with my blade. I'll take point then, I'm used to being alone.

She motions for them to wait there for a bit. Lelu will then move up to the door and listen for sounds on the other side, as well as check the door itself for traps. The entrance likely didn't have one, but can't be to careful when goblins are involved. If she doesn't hear anything, she will open the patchwork door and proceed to scour the room/hall. If she sees nothing strange or dangerous, she will proceed to the next door and listen for sound on the other side of it as well. Whether or not she hears something at the second door, she will return to the others to inform them.

If she hears noise, particularly movement or speaking at the entrance thatch, she will return to the others and let them know.

Lelu asks the group quietly.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

will do once I get home. Also, its similiar to how Aragon finds the hobbit's trail in the Two Towers. The person pieces together clues and "envisions" what happens from those.

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

probably not, but would there be any way to "track" her? Like the detective movie style? Similiar to witcher 3 and other games of that sort? Find clues and when applicable normal tracking?

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu glances between the two before asking.

So, do any of you know anyone that may have sought to harm the lady?

Elf Ranger2/Rogue1HP: 25/25 | AC: 19 FF: 14 T: 15 | Fort: +5 Ref: +10 Will: +5| Initative: +4| Perception: +10

Lelu smiles with a small sigh. Until the group that rescued you decides to head out. I figured aiding them in their hunt is the least I could do for them after they helped you. Besides, whoever is out there that threatens you, and this town, is my problem too.

She looks back out towards the horizon considering Ameiko's words. I don't know about that. I like sunrises because they remind that as long as people fight, the dark cannot last.
