Made my first of several saves.
Shadassa casts Protection From Evil Communal and taps everyone.
"Aboleths and kraken," says Shadassa quietly. She prepares to cast Communal Protection From Evil.
Shadassa casts Hide From Undead on the Azata as well. "Just in case that helps," she says. "That shriek--Avriel, I can cast a spell that will protect from magical sound. Will that help?"
We can buff you!

Shadassa motions everyone to move away from the entrance. cast spells she mouths, and prepares Hide From Undead.
Shadassa turns to Ferrek. "Great -----ing aboleths," she says a little shakily. "Do we have a hooked pole? Preferably one that doesn't conduct electricity?"
"Perhaps the same key works twice?" The merfolk tries to sound hopeful.
Shadassa loads up a crossbow bolt, ready for the agathion to open the door (or attempt to do so).
Yup! Move that summon! You got to move that summon...I think there's a song parody in there somewhere...
"Perhaps it's time for that golden key," says the merfolk.

For some reason Hero Lab isn't giving me an AC bonus for my rings--I will figure that out. Anyhow, can someone carry two sticks o' Incense of Meditation and a spare Reach Rod for me?

Shadassa holds on to a reach metamagic rod, assuming that Ferrek will step for and risk life and limb to explore the door and keyhole.

Haste Scrolls for our wizard? Huh, what about some commune with dead type spell to learn a bit more from things we slay?
Just to confirm: this means that any spell Shaddy uses all day would be affected? Because if so, that makes for some powerful stuff! I'd buy it in bulk. Oh, note that this will eat up a game day in terms of meditation and praying--8 hours of such are required. Not sure we could do this logistically save for the first day.
That is a great item, but I think we'd need a GM ruling as to whether an oracle can use (read: spam) it.
Shaddy could use a Maximize (Standard) Rod for maxi-healing, out of combat of course. (I hope)
I hope the camping was lovely. I'll be out in the woods in a few weeks myself. Isletta has (had) a rod as well. The more, the better, as Shaddy needs to heal from afar plenty.

"There were several more reach rods--good for me to heal at a distance. Which I will be doing a lot of," says Shadassa thoughtfully. She does a double-take. "Ferrek, this is Holly, er, Hollydiana. One of those summoners that wears their eidolon." She shrugs. "No odder than a flame covered mermaid, I suppose."

"What did you have in mind, Sir Garret?" A bit of hope creeps into Shadassa's voice.
Well, still a good idea. I think we do need to subtract some res costs.
Ferrek, how is your UMD? You were feeling a little combat-faltery there. Isletta has Wand of Magic Missile, always good in a pinch. Shadassa will take the curative potions from Isletta and the Staff of Dark Flame--seems apropos--unless it's better in Aviel's hands. Ferrek, maybe the Gloves of Recon for you? Gralamin has a Ring of Protection and a Cloak of Resistance--I'm happy to take either or both, but I don't know who else is feeling squishy. :)
Shadassa gives Holly a grateful look, then pauses. "You...do know that Gralamin and Isletta are gone, yes? Gone beyond our reach. The crypt is not a kind place. Garret and Aviel were with Pharasma for a short time." The merfolk sighs, an odd figure next to an even odder one. "We would welcome you back gladly, Holly. It is good to see a familiar face as we head into those depths again."
You should rejoin if you're up for it.

"agents of the damned lich, I'd say. I've seen this before." The oracle falls silent, her fists clenched, then raises her head. "We need a Pharasmin corpse-wagon, Ferrek." Grimly, she begins to inventory their gear and tries to identify the red creatures.
