Having two spells with similar effects and the same name is a terrible idea, Paizo!

Having reached a dead-end, Seif-al-Din heads back out to the main room, and tries the single door to the south.

To be clear, before opening any door, I will give Malgrim a chance to search it for traps.

Seif-al-Din nods politely to anyone who catches his eye, then quietly moves on to the door to the south.

"Just passing through. Keep up the good work!"

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (19) + 22 = 41.

Standing side-by-side with Gnasher, Seif-al-Din opens the door south out of D13.

Seif-al-Din moves to try the door to the west.

Seif-al-Din spends a few moments looking out over the greater city, marveling at it.

"This is the first time that I have seen a metropolis on another plane..."

He then moves to the door to the south east.

Seif-al-Din nods.

"By all means. Give us a shout if you run into trouble!"

He then moves on, not having any intention of bathing in liquid metal, and mindful that the smell must be truly awful for poor Shadow.

Once everyone is ready, Seif-al-Din moves on.

Starting with D3, then D11, then the single door to the SE of D11.

With a grimace, Seif-al-Din steps to one side behind the safety of the wall, then casts Divine Favor upon Shadow.

With a combative roar, Shadow steps forward, and tears into the giant.

A Grand Vizier's curse over a stolen item is what has things so messed-up around here? I wonder what could have been stolen to torque them off *that* much...

Seif-al-Din nods.

"I also can speak Ignan."

Seif-al-Din bows politely.

"A pleasure to meet you, Gilbans. I am Seif-al-Din, and this is Shadow," he says, pointing to his feline companion.

If he needs something beyond just hit point healing, I could always try pumping a Heal into the giant.

Seif-al-Din is content to see how Malgrim's rapid energy infusion goes...
