Sanza skirts around the outside of the group, drawing his rapier and coming around next to Victor. Sanza can't help but notice the conversation between the woman selling pottery and the muscular half-orc. He is sharply dressed, with a cloak and a rapier at his side. He picks up one of the figurines and admires it. "Did I hear something about an excursion? I might have some skills that could be of use. Don't all magic items have material cost equal to half their retail value? So how do you make a profit at all? No big deal, I just wonder if I am missing something. Anyway, I guess I should have 1400 gp. Hope I'm not stepping on Melaphi's toes being a tailor. I could come up with something else.

I'm not real familiar with crafting but if I had Scribe Scroll, it looks like I could make a 50gp scroll every 2 hours for 25gp, for a profit of 100 gp per 8-hr. day. Is that right?

Actually I thought of another profession I like: tailor. Don't laugh, but that lets him come into contact with high society people and also comes in handy for a master of disguise. Might as well grab the rarely used Thrown-Together Fashion trait instead of the whip one.

OK, I am thinking his human heritage is Varisian. I view kitsune as a bloodline passed down among humans rather than a separate race (even though mechanically they are). For traits, I am thinking: Prehensile Whip Lessons of Chaldira (Chaldira Zuzaristan) - Once per day, when you fail a saving throw, you can reroll the saving throw. You must take the second result even if it is worse. I am running this by you since the second one is kind of nonstandard (a halfling deity) but I figure the impetuous goddess fits a swashbuckler perfectly.

Wolfwaker here. Thanks for the selection. I am finishing up loose ends (skills and gear mainly) and working on the profile. Mind if I swap the feats for the kitsune Magical Tail (disguise self and charm person), which really fits the character. For profession, I am thinking actor, if that works for you. Also, for things like languages, deities, ethnicities, are we on Golarion? Looks like you started with 1000 gp, is that what I have? Edit: looks like I forgot to pick traits...will work on that. |
