Reaghar here. One thing i would have folks note is that just because you have wings, doesn't mean you will be flying all the time. We had a guy who went heavily into archery (a Marksman i think) and didn't have such a great time. Be prepared for varying combats, you are going to want to make sure that you are serviceable in both melee and ranged combat. Close turns in hallways, traps, exploding enemies, etc., very diverse combat. Don't make a loner character, it won't work out too well, in my opinion. Important and useful additions to the party would be someone with tip-top social interaction skills, a healer of some sort (likely Vitalist), and someone who can handle traps. Fluff will also be important, side-quests and tailored content abound.

I would never suggest that you shorten any timelines (or anything else that would hamper the enjoyment of other players) just to make it easier for me to drop out of the game. I won't back out until there is a good time to do so, either. It sucks when a player leaves and someone else has to play that PC, and it sucks when the GM had all these plans for X number of characters and them the party becomes X-1 or X-2, etc. And as for Reaghar's viability, it wasn't that he wasn't viable, or powerful enough. It's just that A.) I lost interest in the character itself, and B.) I don't have time to make a new one. As it is, he is a level behind everyone else because I haven't made sufficient effort to level him up (due to both A and B above). TL;DR: I would like to drop out at some point in the future, when it is convenient for everyone else and without inconveniencing others.

If you go for recruiting, it might be best to recruit a replacement for me. I've lost interest in Reaghar as a character, and do not have time to make another. I won't quit the game and leave everyone short an ally unless there's a replacement for me though.

call me crazy, but all those pictures of snow makes me super unhappy to live in Hawaii. I miss winter. people think i am strange for saying it. but, i'd rather have to layer clothes to feel comfortable than to wear less clothes. there are only so many clothes i can take off to be comfortable, especially when i need my doors and windows open to get a cross-breeze. i'd much rather pile on some sweatpants, a blanket, and sip some hot chocolate.

Im around, but I have somewhat lost interest in Reaghar. In hindsight, I shouldn't have created a character for a pbp that wouldnt get good until lv6. Also, although I am around, I am quite busy (hence my taking so long to level up). In the current situation, Reaghar also has little to say as he isnt a diplomat by any stretch of the definition.

Reaghar is planning on nothing but shopping, and even then, mostly just purchases of inks. There isn't much that he needs that he can afford. unless someone has some suggestions. maybe some skill +2 masterwork items? I don't use weapons much, so i can use what i have / pick up. i can spend some on inks, but i am trying to save up enough to get a psionic bag of holding.

Reaghar will use the first 24 hr period to make a tattoo of Natural Healing for Connor, taking his payment for that tattoo and the next one and then purchasing inks to restore his stock and to supply the next one without depleting his stock. The second day, he will tattoo the second Natural Healing for Connor (it's under 500gp). Essentially, the crafting cost is paid by Connor, while Reaghar maintains the same amount of ink in stock.
