"Enough. If I'm going to die here, I'm going to take you all with me." Meyanda points her gun at the reactor and begins to pull the trigger. The earth elemental smacks her to the floor with a massive strike knocking her to the ground, dead. Her red pistol smacks harmlessly against the wall.

Kraig pins the robot to the ground. He holds its metal arms against its body. Nortmog strikes the Robot between the eyes. "Yummy. I'm gonna eat you up."

Valt's summoned earth elemental strikes the woman with its fists. She coughs up pink blood. Kraig holds on to the hovering robot pulling it closer to the ground.

Nortmog shouts above the humming reactor. "Don't worry, beard man. My fangs are accurate!" He shoots at the Robot in Kraig's arms. He cringes as it pierces through only one of the drone's rotors.

Nyssa can avoid the collector robot and make it to the ladder, though she probably cannot reach the android in a single movement.

Kraig moves at the floating robot punches it and feels its hard metal skin on his fists. The robot does not seem phased by Kraig's attack, though he is sure it definitely hit the unprepared robot.

"Robots are my favorite food," the goblin dragon says. "Oh wait, is this your brother, beard man?"

The goblin fires a shot at the robot anyway. The bullet cracks off one of the robots fingers.

"This looks like a boss room. Hope you guys are prepared."

He loads an adamantine bullet into the musket. "It's good to start strong. Get my good bites out of the way first."

Nyssa slides the white keycard in the dark doors. The lights surrounding them continue to flash and the doors slide open.

Panels of blinking lights and machinery line the walls of this chamber, but the true spectacle here is the massive machine of metal that looms against the far wall on a ten-foot- high platform. Two immense cylinders of pulsing violet light throb at the machine's core, while above a thinner cylinder extends through the ceiling.

Ladders to the north and south provide access to the machine's platform; while at the center, a smaller machine with several metal spikes protruding from its heart extends from the larger one. The entire room vibrates with a roaring thunder, and the air feels strangely alive, almost as if it were vibrating as well.

There is a machine on the ground level, it hovers a few feet above the ground. You recognize it as a Robot Collector, the one with the rotors and spindly fingers.

On the platform in the back of the room, is a purple haired woman . Her eyes are pink and she has bright pink tattoos like circuitry on her skin. She has a red gun pointed at the door.

"Leave. Now." she shouts over the humming of the large machine.

Kraig grabs onto the gargoyle's waist and arm, making it easier to hit the beast. Despite the distraction, Nyssa charges and misses the creature, nearly cutting into Kraig with her glowing longsword.

Nortmog fires a bullet at the gargoyle, realizing that it probably won't do anything to its tough flesh, unless he hits just the right spot. It bounces off harmlessly. "I need to stock up on some magic bullets, er fangs."

Nyssa and Kraig are about 10 feet apart.

The ratfolk dodges out of the way of the spears. It strikes the strange double doors cracking one of the red lights.

With a critical attack, Nyssa swings her blade and takes out the orc. The weapon severs its head from its neck.

Nortmog fires his bullet at the ratfolk that tried to shoot him. "My dragon fangs are better than your crossbow, rat!"

Sorry, thought I was waiting for everyone to act.

The ratfolk screams as the spear stabs through its side. It clutches at it but can't seem to pull it out.

Nortmog fires a bullet at the same ratfolk, to put it out of its misery.

The bullet misses as the ratfolk tips his head underneath the attack.

"Uh, I don't have any special bullets for that guy!" Nortmog motions to the creature.

The two ratfolk fire their hand crossbows at Nyssa and Kraig. The burly bar man gets a small bolt lodged in his leg. Charging forward, the orcs split and swing at Nyssa and Kraig. They are easily parried by the two heroes. The demonic looking creature remains motionless in front of the double doors.

Nyssa's arrow bounces off the enemy harmlessly. The gearsman doesn't turn to look at her but keeps its gaze focused on Kraig.

Nortmog roars as he fires another shot from his musket. The bullet lodges itself beside the gearsman's glowing eye. "Head shot. Though that would have killed a normal creature..."

Nortmog rushes into the room and stays near the wall with the door, points his musket at the boss vegepygmy and remembers he has to reload the darned gun. He reloads it and grumbles like a dwarf.

"Baby dragon's gotta recharge his breath weapon."

Nortmog blasts at the last vegepygmy in the corridor. Blackened leaves and smoke flows from the plant man's corpse as it falls to the ground.

Nortmog collects his musket and glances at Kraig. "You're like a big old grizzly bear."

Nortmog drops his musket again, takes out his horsechopper again, moves within reach of the thug and swings. The glaive-like weapon cuts the thug's hand, dealing very little damage.

Nortmog drops his musket, takes a step back and takes out his horsechopper, and swings it at the thug.

"Take my dragon claw, you bandit!"

After some time, Nortmog wanders into the Foundry Tavern, even though he hasn't been there before, and plops himself in a seat. He takes some pork meat and stuffs it into his mouth, roaring like a baby dragon as he gobbles it up.

"So what are we doing here? We all done saving the town? We didn't recover his baby brother, but we did find that man."

A few seconds later, Khonnir is brought into the tavern at set to the side by some acolytes. A tear streams down Val's cheek and she rushes over to him. He is asleep.

The little horsey kicks the flying robot with a high kick, but only scratches its tough exterior.

Nortmog points his musket and fires at the flying monster. His bullet embeds itself in the armor. Aurusk swipes his large glaive at the creature hoping to cut off its rotors and pierces through its tough flesh.
