Nerissys stays where she is and casts guidance on Rathor, hoping his blade will strike true.

Nerissys effortlessly shrugs off the profane wave of energy. She lines up another shot with her crossbow, hoping to end this fight

And strikes her foe square in the chest. Her jaw drops in disbelief at her continued success with the infernal contraption.

Seeing the wave of negative energy wash over some of her party members, Nerissys moves to the middle of the group and raises her holy symbol of Nethys.

A pulse of white light radiates from the mask, easing some of the wounds they just recieved.

Edit:Selective Channel to omit the baddies. Thanks for the move! Nice damage roll there Gibbs ;)

Pretty sure I'm up. If not, this will be my next turn.

Scrambling to reload and make up for her mistake, Nerissys pulls back the lever to arm the crossbow and fires.

Attack;Damage: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 191d8 ⇒ 1

The bolt grazes the woman's (or zombie's if she is out of range/no longer a target) shoulder.

"I ACTUALLY HIT SOMETHING!"

If the caster is down, I'll be shooting at the zombie

Seeing the caster, Nerissys does her best to steady her hands and fill her with a crossbow bolt.

Attack;Damage: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 61d8 ⇒ 8 We have all been on fire with these attack rolls! XD

The bolt flies wide and off into the darkness of the surrounding waters.

Damn, I really should have practiced more with this thing. I'll have to talk to Gibbs for some tips, he seems to be pretty good at it.

My bad guys, Fable's casually racist remarks were supposed to be thoughts. I'll do a better job at being more explicit about what is out loud or not from now on (I always assumed italics were thoughts). We can roll with it being out loud now though since people have already responded to it!

Nerissys picks up the Captain's log and will skim it briefly. When time permits, she will read it more thoroughly.

Nerissys will relay to the party that these supplies are recently placed and that they have export stamps on them.

"Good evening, as you can see we have the upper hand here," her hand gesturing to the rat corpses, "please do yourself a favor and cooperate with us. Now, what cult are you a part of and where is this ship of slaves?"

I wonder how he composes himself during interrogations... If he is a goal oriented as I believe, I can't say that I envy the poor fellow he will be conversing with.

For a melee attack, you add your strength mod, base attack bonus, and any other additional bonuses you have. Currently, you have +1 from my Bless spell.

Deadly Aim text from d20pfsrd:

Benefit: You can choose to take a –1 penalty on all ranged attack rolls to gain a +2 bonus on all ranged damage rolls. When your base attack bonus reaches +4, and every +4 thereafter, the penalty increases by –1 and the bonus to damage increases by +2. You must choose to use this feat before making an attack roll and its effects last until your next turn. The bonus damage does not apply to touch attacks or effects that do not deal hit point damage.

It is a penalty to ranged attack rolls (your to hit roll) and a bonus to damage rolls. Where do you see initiative in the text?

Nerissys visibly softens a little towards the doctor when he calls her his apprentice. She cracks a small smile before steeling herself for the job at hand.

It seems to be a little hot and cold with him... I wonder what his story is. He is clearly driven by passion for success, to the point where not much else matters. What has pushed him to be that way?

After drawing and loading her own crossbow, Nerissys readies to cast a spell should we meet hostility.

Nerissys starts out of the room. Her walk suggests she is somewhat displeased with the idea of working with the Consortium.

This boy better not try anything. I've seen the results of their work on too many Pathfinders at the temple.

"Nachts, before we set off, are there any wounds you would like us to attend to? I'm familiar with the expectations of Zon-Kuthon, but since we might be going into more dangerous areas, I figured I'd ask."

"Do we have any idea where they've gone or what preparations would be good to make? How do we know we can trust them? I've heard the snakes have been the cause of more than a few Pathfinders meeting an untimely end."

Turning towards the Doctor:

"I was just told to meet here for my next Pathfinder assignment! I'm more than happy to be your apprentice, I'm sure we could learn a lot from each other!"

In typical fashion, Nerissys almost falls through the door in her haste to arrive. Her eyes quickly scan the room for a familiar face and rest on the half-orc. Beaming with joy, she rushes over to great him.

"HI RATHOR NICE TO SEE YOU AGAIN!"

Noticing the rest of the people in the room, she adjusts herself and collects her composure...

"Hello everyone, my name is Nerissys Tarmikos and I'm an apprentice healer at the Temple of Nethys in Absalom!"

Hearing the sound of sword rending flesh, Nerissys moves forward and begins her channel ritual to help her allies. This assumes I do not have to see an opponent to exclude them. If I have to see them. Nerissys will not perform this action until after combat

Nerissys, again, calls out to her God, "Nethys, grant us repose for we are weary," hoping for him to answer her call to heal her wounded allies. Answering her call, the black side of her holy symbol glows in her hand, and a pulse of black energy emanates from it

Channel Positive Energy: 1d6 ⇒ 3 Unfortunately, a 3 is an improvement. Selective channel to omit the Derro. Also, don't forget Bless is giving you all +1 morale bonus on attack rolls as well as against fear.
