I grabbed the PDF about as soon as it dropped.

I would love to do the same, but I am not seeing where to get them from.

I was expecting something to show up on the Blog or Pathfinder homepage.

Here you go.

Thank you!

I just want to comment that the way thematically appropriate classes and class options are covered in the Player's Guide is lovely and a great addition to recent 2E APs. I love how you folks balance avoiding spoilers vs making characters that get interesting opportunities to use their abilities.

We aim for about 30 days prior to release.

Thank you Aaron :)

I realize that the answer is probably "it'll be out when it'll be out", but doesn't hurt to ask - any word on when the player guide will be out? :)

The iconics are part of base PF2E system. You should have no trouble importing them from the compendium named 'Iconics' and giving them to one of your players. You may want to adjust the encounters by adding 1-2 NPCs if you want to keep the difficulty the same.

Guess my brain was in slowpoke mode. Thanks for the info, there are so many compendiums in the Foundry module it is a little overwhelming tbh.

My year plus 5e game doesn't even come close XD

FYI there's rules for balancing encounters for extra players here: https://2e.aonprd.com/Rules.aspx?ID=497

But fwiw, my newbie group ran it with 5 PCs without changing anything and it wasn't excessively easy

I own the PDF and the Beginner Box IRL, but I only see a $5 discount to $25, while everybody else sees $10. Is there something broken with the website and when will they fix it?

Others (including me) are having this problem too. Apparently it's being fixed when people get back to the office on Monday.

How can undead that functionally lack blood (and thus any sort of bloodline), such as skeletons, retain their sorcerer abilities and the like?

Magic's in the marrow, presumably.

Thinking of playing a skeleton gunslinger in Outlaws of Alkenstar. The Stoolie background has your undercover lawman erased from the books by a corrupt marshal. This character only learned this was the case after he was gunned down by a squad of officers led by said marshal.

I was thinking pistolero, which lines up with the skeleton's Dex and Cha bonuses. The Int penalty is caused by the bullet rattling around in his skull, New Vegas-style.

Is there any word on if/when this is coming to roll20 like the other one-shots?
