Magora starts to place all the details so far together in her mind, We know that Oil of Taggit is an injested poison that takes some time before it's effects are noticed. We also know tht it does not casue any damage, but does cause the target to go to sleep. Secondary effect would be the target is vulnerable to a Coup de Grace. I think the guests are still realatively safe at the moment, as there are other guards from the mannor in with them. I am ok either way with letting Major Maldris know, but I would not want to raise anyone suspicions if we start going in and out and talking to the Major. Rememeber he did have us leave the area with the guests, so he could give us instructions in private. Next is the deleivery method of the poison, if it was part of the meal, we are all possibly under the effects already, as that part of the evening is completed. We are in the 9:00-9:30 section of the schedule for the night, so the guest are being served desserts and more drinks. At 9:30 we will meet back with the guests and have more drinks in the salon. If I was a betting daughter of an Elven General, I would guess the poison is in the drinks, as it increases the chances of getting more guests affected. Come back to this for possible work around. One Serving Maid has not shown up, and we have been asked to check the maids quarters. And two of the maids are acting confused. Chef Prinitar is a crude boar of a man by reputation, so for him to take notice of two maids, there may be warrant to watch them closer. Come back to this for possible location to investigate next. Not at all Tyr. It is an arcane scroll of Honeyed Tongue, so you should be ok. As you have higher than a 12 Cha, you only need to make the UMD DC24 check. Just don't roll a 1. ;) Edit: I bought arcane scrolls of Honey Tongue (Bard 2), so it would need an ability score of 12.
Scroll Activation
So for Magora to be able to use a scroll of Honeyed Tongue, it has to be an arcane scroll. The lowest level arcane version of the spell is Bard 2. Thus my cost and type of scroll purchsed. Thanks though for trying to save me some gold.

That was why I suggested Tyr speak with her first. I am sure you have an immense amount of knowledge in these areas. Maybe you just need to put the weight of that knowledge to the test." she finishes with a smirk. If I had to fathom a guess, based on other skills used to far by others, I would say Kn Arcana(Magic), Kn Planes(Demons, Worldwound), maybe even Spellcraft (as it has synergy with both the knowledges) or Kn Geography (I was reading the Worldwound book the other day, and there was mention of how the Wardstone reflect off the local geography so that only half of the area had to have Wardstones to work). "Grand Ambassador Salhar seems to be turning to our side through the combined efforts of Kyra and my diplomatic endeavours of illustrating the benefits of working with us." I have not been able to read from the posts any additional clues on how to sway him other than Diplomacy. I have tried to read him more with Sense Motive, but I don't know the results yet from DaWay. I am also thinking that when Kyra posts, she may be able to swing the last bit for Salhar. Turning her head to Riley and Adaxis she continues, "These two have guaranteed Lord Rothos' support, well done you two." I don't know how much more we can do before the dinner portion of the evening. As we only have the Knowledge checks from earlier on Lady Dyrianna and Lord Kerkis, I can only try to make educated guesses on the skills needed for them. Lady Dryianna: She is half-elf with connections to Cheliax, Qadira and Elven families in Absalom. She has a network to help influence other citizens.
Lord Kerkis: He is a human, and I am making an assumption based on our knowledge checks that he is Qadiran or has close ties to Qadira. Came with an escort from Lady Dryianna, so I as listed Kn. Nobility earlier because of the Courtesan, I would use it here also. Also with ties to Qadria, Kn Local may shed some insight.
Lady Wintermark: I still have no clue, I have read over our knowldge results and can't figure this one out. I still suspect she may be a red herring like Senator Naran. Senator Naran: We did well on our knowledge checks with this NPC. "Learning this information allows the PCs to realize that they cannot influence Senator Naran." I think he is another red herring for our mission. Lastly I would always say the use of Sense Motive and Diplomacy, and Diplomancy for Gather Information if nothing else. These are just my assumptions and could be completely wrong. I encourage feedback from everyone, as we need to work off of each others strengths.

Magora pleasantly surprised of the success so far with the Ambassador, listens and adds small helpful indicators to Kyra's parley with the Ambassador. I would like to try using Sense Motive to see if there is anything else we can use to persuade the Ambassador with. Not sure if it will work, but it may help. Sense Motive: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21 Diplomacy to Aid: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
Magora looks over at Ajax and sees he is still talking with the Senator, wondering what he is doing. Odd, I thought both of our discovery indicated that the Senator would be of no use to our cause. Ahh, I understand now, Ajax is keeping him occupied as we rally others to our cause. An unexpected twist to our plans, but it seems to be working. I will comment on his quick thinking later, if the time presents itself. She turns away from Ajax so he doesn't think she needs his assistance at this time.

@DaWay: I made a mistake on the Honeyed Tongue spell, as was pointed out to me. I will be the recipient of the spell as it has a range of Personal. I will include it on Magora's roles from now on.

Magora has heard snippets of conversation amongst the various guests, and has a feeling that Kyra may almost have started to sway Ambassador Salhar. Aid with Diplomacy: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20 She steps up and helps reinforce Kyra attempts with what the Dawnflower may do to help Osirion if and when the Worldwound reachs this far. @Kyra: Remember to roll twice on your Diplomacy rolls. The Honeyed Tongue spell lets you use the better of the two rolls. I was surprised when you missed you check with two rolls.
