Livain peered deep into the creatures eyes and realized that she was in the presence of a fellow tortured soul. The words "Did man own you?" echoed through space and time sifting memories like wheat. The horrible things her master did for his own indulgence were too sinister to speak aloud. With a fragile voice she uttered in response, "Yes. I was no more than a tool at my master's disposal. I too believed I was nothing. You are not just "nothing". Her voice began to grow strength. "To me you are someone and you saved us. You are our hero, and our friend."
Silence fell on Livain temporarily as the words spoken by the creature slowly sunk into her bruised and foggy mind. For a moment she was swept away by the mesmerizing dance of the flames. So gracefully they danced and so treacherous the images they evoked of dreaded days long gone. The sting of anguish blushed across her heart as she watched the creature wallow in it's own reminiscence . The sight of the self inflicted wounds made Livain abandon all focus on her own physical discomfort; shifting her attention over to the creature. She extended a comforting hand, taking caution to land her palm as gently as she could to it's flesh. "I am so sorry for all the pain you endured. I can honestly say that I am sympathetic to your plight." She clears her throat and takes a deep breath, "what is your name? Mine is Livain and he is Maiathreen." Livain gestures to her husband lovingly and smiles warmly. Even in her pummeled state she wanted desperately to see the creature smile. She let out a rough chuckle, "we must look like a pair of scabs with wings, but I promise that under the bruises and chunks missing we look a lot like you." She was in a jesting spirit regardless the situation. Was it delirium of a cheerful nature? Livain believed it was perhaps both. Her concentration wandered about awkwardly like a drunkard in an alley. What happened to the rest of our party?
Once the wing from the creature unfolded, Livain stood and stumbled around a moment. She stood with the graceless and unbalanced sway of a tree caught in a storm. Trembling violently from the pain, Livain struggled to focus her eyes. Seeing Maiathreen's face helped calm the unrelenting waves of shivering. She smiled weakly at her beloved and reached a hand to his arm. Seeing him stand protectively over her made her feel comforted. Livain turned her face at the creature and bowed as best as her battered body could. "Thank you for saving us, I am not sure we ever met but I am grateful. Forgive me, my mind is so..."

I'm still playing around with this class some a cool realization is that I can mostly ignore the normal archery feats and focus on my spells since spell strike works much like rapid shot then add in spells and manyshot's not needed so much either. Livain's eyes seem to glow with an inner light as the falling snow begins to shift away leaving a tunnel of empty air straight towards the bear. "Wallace have you ever tried to catch a bucketful of water with nothing but a cup without getting wet? That's what this is like I have to catch each individual falling piece of snow. So would you kindly shut up and let me concentrate." She snaps he strain of moving so much snow causing her white dragon blood to push forward.
Living finishes handing out all her new weapons and armor "Here Wallace I know you prefer to stay out of combat but I can't leave you with such a shoddy human weapon." She says with a grin as she hands him a new morningstar fashioned of steel and dragon bone the head of the mace was shaped like a dragons head its horns and spikes formed of real dragon horn. She then turns to Rhavenna "I know you've got your own weapons already but, I couldn't help myself. This new bow will shoot farther than your old one and this lance using your original one as the template I was able to work a portion of the skull in as the shield. The lance has scrimshaw of the battle etched into the bone detailing Rhavenna's charge. It's blade is made of the razor sharp bones located at the end of dresskal's tail, the shield which Bharrog helped set was formed from a portion of his skull allowing the horns to be shown making a fearsome weapon indeed. The bow had a stock of hardened steel and the the risers were bone giving the weapon a beautiful sculpted look. Going to Maiathreen she unveils the armor she had been working on its weight was almost nonexistent and fit his style of combat perfectly and wouldn't hinder his spells or fighting at all. The scales were pure white which took on a reddish hue when set off from Maiathreen's own red scales. She the pulls out a single edged dagger with a folded steel core with the dragon bone forming the cutting edge. "Wear this armor to keep you safe my love for if your injured I am injured ten fold. " She tells him before wrapping her arms around his form and kissing him. For herself she formed a thin but strong longsword with a sculpted hilt to look like a dragon's head, her own bow had a guard with small spines sticking up over the hand forming the arrow rest and delicate elvish script detailing the bows name Dresskal's Bane.

Livain grows cold seeing the man comes great towards them. Her demeanor shifts and once again the dragons become more prominent. Her eyes narrow pupils contracting into thin lines. She could care less what god this man proclaims to follow he threatened her friends and family no one touches a dragons treasure. She pulls her bow up arrow knocked and ready as she quickly intones a spell. With cold efficiency she releases the arrow feeling the feathers pass through her fingertips not a hint of mercy in her heart.
Livain passes her time studying the hide and bones of the slain dragon. She focused on the texture of the skin along with testing the strength of the bones. She wanted to make sure that the quality of the hide was not compromised due to the poor health before dying. Once she examined the material she planned on utilizing, she began the task of creating sketches. She intricately formed figures on parchment with quill and dark green ink. Each stroke gave life to the designs she planned to create. From the ink emerged images of armor, weapons, boots and even bracers. She carefully calculated the measurements and even the curvature of each piece. Once the muse took hold of her, she was possessed with the spirit of creativity and invention. Her eyes barely blinked and her hands moved wildly as she drew. Becoming immersed in her work, she barely took time away from it. It was something that she could focus on. On occasion while working, her mind wandered. Thoughts of Maiathreen, Bharrog and whether or not she was considered a cannibal for eating dragon meat all rose to the surface of her mind like bubbles in a cauldron. While designing Maiathreen's items, she couldn't help but lovingly linger on his armor sketches by adding countless details to accommodate his wings. She wanted to make him proud. When asked what she was planning on creating by Wallace she responds with a smile and a glimmer of excitement dances across her eyes. She pulls out her sketches and hands them to him pointing at each diagram to explain. "I am hoping to create a dagger for each member in the group, several bone tipped arrows..." She carefully reaches over and flips the page for him "And I'm thinking some breastplates, greaves and pauldrons. I want to make the best armor I can for everyone." She lets out small laugh, "thankfully I have Bharrog as a teacher. Grouchy fellow but a great teacher nonetheless! Is there any specific request you would like to make? Is there something in particular you would like me to create? A weapon perhaps?" *_____*_____*_____*_____*_____*_____*_____*_____*_____* Witnessing the smokey specter, she shook her head as if she had just woke from a dream. The scene was so surreal. There was something haunting and curious about the apparition. She steps a bit closer to Maiathreen and whispers, "what in the world was that about?" She reaches out her hand and takes hold of Maiathreen. She still felt shaken by the horrible dream.
So since their aren't any particular weapons being chosen. I'm thinking a dagger for each of us commemorating the death of Dresskel, as many arrow heads as I can make cause dragon bone arrows...how cool is that?!?!? And last but not least armor for each of us except the angry red scaly one but only because he can't wear armor but I'll try to make him something anyway.

Maiathreen's discovery of the electrum coin mystified her, leaving many questions. "Why would a coin like that be here?" She places a hand on his arm and leans her head back onto his shoulder as she looks at the coin. Something felt odd about it. Feeling his wings envelope her was comforting, like a warm cloak on a cold day. Although she was a seasoned warrior, some things still rattled her heart. As long as Miathreen was beside her, she could still take on the world. She studied the round metal disk on the table. She could feel a faint aura on it and this made her even more puzzled. Why would a coin have an aura? What was this used for? later on After witnessing that brutal display of cruelty on the prisoners, it was refreshing to hear the dwarf speak. Something about him made her feel more at ease, almost forgetting the harrowing nature of their journey, but the faces of those victims could not be shaken. In her mind she has collected a field of them, faces twisted in pain with empty eyes blooming all around. That field in her mind seemed to grow bigger and the blooms never lessen. Now the faces of the eviscerated man and the two Tengu children have joined the field to rest. At Least in her thoughts she will always give the fallen a place to rest and find peace, refusing to let them become angry wandering shades. Her mind was like a cemetery she visited often, tending each grave with the tenderness of a lost loved one. She herself was once a victim to experimentation. Livain tried her best to focus on the here and now, but focus is fickle like the moon. She dispels the dark images from her mind by looking at the grouchy dwarf. She shakes her head smiling and gently bumps him with her wing, "Thank you." Good friends are hard to find in the world. She always wanted to make sure to let the special people in her life know that they mattered. "So what do you plan on doing with the hide? I am eager to learn how to work with dragon for crafting weapons." Livain always loved to learn new things. Learning always helped keep her busy and her mind from wandering back into the past.
