I realized when I was looking at feats that Kurglunn didn't actually qualify for Power Attack (only has 12 STR), so I replaced that with Weapon Finesse (which applies to his slam natural attacks), then picked up Piranha Strike, which is basically Power Attack for Dex builds. So basically, while I technically shouldn't have been able to do the extra damage I was doing from Power Attack, I was doing so at a lower attack bonus than I could have been. Hopefully that balances out fairly.

@Elurius: Kurglunn is actually still at HD5 because I multiclassed this level. So his HP total is correct. He does have that DR/Magic, though, so that does keep him alive.
@GM: I'm also very interested in the question of whether that trap automatically resets or not. Any chance you could give us a hint, or do we need another roll to confirm that one way or the other?

Kurglunn will try the keys on the chests first.

Kurglunn picks up the keys and begins moving back toward the door to bring them to Rocco, but the halfling yells back at the phantom. "No no no, ya big green dummy! Try 'em on the chests! Do they fit in there?"

After trying the keys, Kurglunn carefully passes each piece of equipment through the bars of the door, starting with the smallest and working his way up, as Rocco instructs him. Rocco stands near the door to receive each piece of gear, while he tells the others to stay back in case the traps get sprung.

Kurglunn switch up his tactics. He obviously can't hit this thing well enough to actually hurt it, so maybe be can help his friends hit it instead. He then steps away from the xorn so he doesn't get bitten into oblivion.

Not sure if it matters against other incorporeal creatures, but Kurglunn is currenlty incorporeal and has concealment. If that works against these guys, it'll be a 20% miss chance on that crit. If it doesn't work since the opponents are also incorporeal, then dang that hurt!

Kurglunn feels only marginally better after Elurius's first touch, and is mostly just confused by her singing. When she gives him a second tap, however, he suddenly swells as his ectoplasmic arms and chest bulk out.

"Kurglunn is ready! Thank you, nice singing lady!" The phantom turns back and shoves on the doors at the end of the hall to force them open!

With the questions finally out of the way, Kurglunn moves back out into the hall with a sense of relief. As the Ravens head toward their next objective in the room at the end of the other branch of the hall, Kurglunn makes his feelings known, "Don't like scary ghost lady. Scary ghost lady made Kurglunn feel bad! Nice singing lady make Kurglunn feel better?"

Elurius, could you use that scroll of lesser restoration on Kurglunn before he opens up these doors, please?

Big door...scary door...don't like door...don't like things past door neither...

Kurglunn stands and stares at the large, menacing-looking door with a look of fear and non-comprehension, his mind (or what's left of it after his death and return from the stream that was meant to bear him to Pharasma's realm) filled with the thoughts of how little he wanted to go past that door.

"Alright, big guy. Sorry to do this to ya again, but I think you're up."

Kurglunn freezes as he hears Rocco speaking to him. He turns to the halfling and says with a quivering ectoplasmic lip, "But Kurglunn don't like door. Don't wanna go past door."

"I know, buddy, but we need you to go in there. Just quick. See if you can let us in. Just like we did at Wex's apartment, remember? It's easy! And we'll be there right away once you do. Or if you can't, then just come on back out and we'll figure out something else."

Kurglunn remains silent for a long while as he turns over what Rocco has said in his mind. The door really was scary, and he could practically feel the evil things that lurked on the other side. Still, Kurglunn trusts Rocco. So finally, he assents to go through to the other side with a simple nod of his head.

Without any further complaints, the phantom turns and pushes his ectoplasmic form through the wall to the north of the door, then turns again to pop out into the chamber behind the sealed doors. He moves to the doors and tries to find a way to open the lock or the magical seal from the inside.

GM, any roll I can make or other action to either aid Rocco's Disable Device or something similar?
