Oren Mitabu
Oren activates her pummeling style, hoping to punch her way through its resistances to damage and readies an action to kick it in the teeth when it approached.
Attack 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (19) + 13 = 32
Damage 1d8 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
Lirotha Karsani
Lirotha immediately pulls some gold coin from her sash.
Random Gold Coin grab: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 2) = 3
She then throws them at feet of the Xorn!
"Wait! Does anybody speak...Terran I think? It's a Xorn! It eats metal and...gems I think? We maybe able to negotiate with it! Grab something metal! As much as possible! It's not picky, and I think it will tear through us for it anyway!"
Rocco Hardweather
Rocco sighs sadly, but speaks up despite his reluctance. "Yeah, I found some jewelry on those dead guys in the drug den. Gimme a minute..."
We recovered 2400gp worth of jewelry and such from the addicts' bodies after we fought their spirits. I suppose we could give up some of that, though the money would also be quite nice... :(
Lirotha Karsani
I stressed metal, not gems. So feel free to offer him something else if you have anything else!

The Xorn ignores the money Lirotha threw at him and advances, bellowing as he does...
... the creature runs towards Kurglunn, smashing into him. The ghost tries to hit the creature back but his fists don't seem capable to hit the monster...
Attack roll(bite vs Kurglunn): 1d20 + 12 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 12 + 2 = 22 → Damage roll: 4d6 + 5 ⇒ (6, 4, 4, 1) + 5 = 20
The Xorn takes a huge chunk of ectoplasmic matter out of poor Kurglunn!
Those readied attacks need to be used when the Xorn is in range. From where you are standing on the map none of you but Kurglunncan hit (and Kurglunn needs natural 20s it seems...)

Desperate, Lirotha tries her Disrupt Connection hex on the Xorn!

Kurglunn is at AC24 right now due to Mage Armor. His regular ectoplasmic AC is 20, and the spell brings him up to 24.
Frightened and alarmed by the xorn's powerful attack, Kurglunn strikes back out of instinct as much as from desire.
Slam 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20 Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Slam 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8 Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
On a hit, the xorn must succeed at a Will saving throw (DC 15) or be shaken for 1d4 rounds.
Rocco Hardweather
While Kurglunn continues his ineffective assault on the xorn, Rocco reaches into his haversack and pulls out the scroll that comes to his hand first. He unfurls the scroll and reads the incantation, his tongue practically tripping over the words even as he attempts to pass the same clumsiness onto the xorn through Kurglunn.
Using Deliver Touch Spells to cast Touch of Gracelessness on the xorn. On a hit, the target must succeed at a DC15 Fort save or take the Dex penalty listed below for 5 rounds and may fall prone if it moves too much. On a successful save, it takes half the Dex penalty below.

"Let's see how well you take it.." sighs Valrani, somewhat distracted even during the battle. Somehow she felt.... something was missing. Like she hadn't eaten breakfast, but no that wasn't it.
Annoyed she strikes out at the Xorn with her full strength.

But this strike is even wilder and further from hurting it than the first one had been.

"Don't let up! We can't flank it, but we can dog-pile on it!"
Rocco Hardweather
Without anything else useful to do, Rocco follows Lirotha into the colorfully tiled chamber and telekinetically picks up one of the pieces of gold she had thrown to the xorn. With one hand at his temple, and the other directed toward the coin, he hurls the gold piece at the xorn.
Moved and then cast a spell
Telekinetic Projectile, into melee: 1d20 + 7 - 4 ⇒ (15) + 7 - 4 = 18 Damage (B): 1d6 ⇒ 6

Meanwhile, Kurglunn continues his seemingly pointless assault, though he does shift around the creature, sensing Rocco's desire to get out of the chamber as quickly as possible if the xorn is bound to it as Lirotha had suggested.

Elurius' magic has no better luck than Lirotha's and Talon's shooting proves ineffectual. The same may be said for most of the Silver Ravens' attacks with only Oren able to cause some damage with one of her punches in addition's to Lirotha's activation of her magical wand.
Unperturbed, the Xorn keeps repeating the same attack pattern as before...

@Rocco: (1) Sorry for the mistake with the first attack. Kurglunn has 20 extra hp then. (2) No the doors you used to enter into the room are opened, those at the other end of it are closed. (3)Unfortunately aid another does not work that way. It's a standard action, so you need to choose one out of the three people you wanted to help and give that person the +2 bonus to attack.
You can also use this standard action to help a friend in other ways, such as when he is affected by a spell, or to assist another character’s skill check.
