Sovereign Court

I am definitely interested in playing as Kurgan Chosen Warrior of Khorne. Building my character and I sent you a PM regarding some possibly iffy choices on alignment and race.

Sovereign Court

I'm interested. Will post my background as my intended alias, Kilarian, Elf Wizard, in the next couple of hours.

Sovereign Court

Thanks for your consideration. I know it is tough deciding, especially with so many great choices.

Khazul will be standing by when the inevitable happens and Rappan Athuk starts claiming its victims.

Khazul of Clan Marrow Storm

LE Half-Orc (Deep Kin) Ranger

Background:

Khazul was born the only son of Lughaz of Orc Clan Marrow Storm. His mother died in child birth as her frame proved to frail to bring Khazul into the world. Though Khazul spent most of his time on isolation as a half breed, the clan soon discoered the value a cunning hunter and scout in frequent wars with other clans and other deep races. Khazul has always felt he was destined for greatness. Rumours abound that his mother was a Tielfing like spawn of a demon and dark elf (which would explain his mahogony skin). He has thus developed a hatred for the Abyssal as he blames them for his lot in life.

To anyone interested in Vikings I'd suggest checking out Bernard Cornwell's Saxon Tales about the struggles between Saxons and Danes in 9th Century England.

I strongly agree. I've been through all 5 books several times, and am looking forward to the next one.

The books give a flavor for Viking (Danish and Norse) way of life in a way that history books generally do not. I can't vouch for the historical accuracy of his books, but I do know from myown research many of the characters are real or based on real people. Cornwell is also well known for putting a lot of historical research into his novels.

Okay folks,

Specifically, I would like to see a Rogue (as close to pure rogue as you can get), and a pure arcane caster of the Sorcerer or Wizard type.

Yes, I'd like to fill the rogue role. Never played one before (but have had plenty in groups I've DMed). I'll write my concept and send you my character later today.

I'm definately interested. I've been looking to try Play by Post, especially PF since I am looking to start of a game of my own soon.

Looks like you still need a rogue? I'm you're huckleberry!

As soon as I get confirmation from you, I'll generate my character and send it to you for your approval. I'm looking forward to this!
