I GM'd this over the weekend. Catalan's works have become my favourites. Her trademark seems to be unique situations and twists that bear heavy considerations. This one delivered in that respect. Good RP and challenging combat (Starfinder combat never seems challenging enough for my players, but this one gave them a run for their money).
If I had any complaint, it would be that unique enemies did not have artwork. Also, the map files were too large to upload into Roll20, so they had to be uploaded in pieces. These seem to be technical complaints though, they don't take away from this being one of the best scenarios I've run.
This was very pleasant and entertaining to play, especially with the holidays coming up. If I would have one criticism it would be that it ran short, our lodge played 2 tables of this today and mine was done in 2.5 hours, and other even faster. But, thoroughly enjoyable.
A great little adventure for low level characters. Not a lot of combat, but a lot of potential for RP which is good.
This was an early session for me in SFS, it really opened my eyes to the full potential of the entire setting. Very creepy, one of the best RP experiences I've ever had in 30+ years of gaming. You were always left on the edge (sometimes literally) over what was going to come next.
A return into Salvation's End. Good opportunities to RP and do diplomacy, presumably you could fight your way through it as well.
One of my first SFS experiences was playing this, just thoroughly enjoyable throughout. Memorable encounters and characters, a lot of opportunity for good RP.
