Another option is, if Rosa's failed recovery check would have brought her to dying 3, then save the hero point and wait for one of the other characters to stabilize or otherwise remove her dying condition this round. If, for some reason, they fail to do that and she goes from dying 3 to dying 4 next round, then use the hero point for heroic recovery.

Using the hero point now will remove her dying condition but she will still be at 0 hp and unconscious. She will have no action advantage doing that. If someone else heals her before next round, then she gets to keep the hero point.

Of course, if this failed check already brought her to dying 4, forget what I said and use the hero point. :)

I don't understand this. As far as I see there's only two skeletons up over the gate. Also, HTS will go off at my turn, before Rosa can act.

You don't see the skeletons surrounding Rosa in the courtyard? There are 3 of them.

Rosa's turn is before the group of three, in a block with Filara, so just choose to go after her turn.

Standing on the ramparts with the archers, Jarith encourages the green archers, even when they miss by a large margin. "Good try! You'll get 'em, next time!", he says with just a little uncertainty.

While up there, he tracks the undead hordes with his eyes. He's trying to anticipate where the largest group will breach the walls so he can be there to blast them with positive energy.

The night before he would have swapped out Magic Missile for Heal, Message for Stabilize, and Daze for Disrupt Undead. If possible, he will stand next to Rosa or Bo to be ready to cast Magic Weapon.

The dungeon was not actually clear until 2 days of work by Jarith's crew. So, Cherie would have to wait 2 days before she could Decipher Writings in the dungeon (and we haven't gotten to that stage yet).

If Cherie hires a crew of three, she can clean out half of the dungeon the first day (and Jarith's crew the other half). That leaves the second day to Decipher Writings (both Jarith and Cherie can make a check).

Or, if the GM is OK with it, just choose another activity for the 2 days, then use the Religion checks after that.

To get stone, we need to collapse the watchtower. To collapse it, because none of us has Expert Crafting, we need a stonemason.

I have high Crafting and will work on the Crafting skills with Cherie, who perhaps can pursue the projects as a Lead? Then if I and Cherie work together on a Crafting place, I could maybe benefit from Cherie's Clue In bonus.

Regarding villagers, I'd prioritize the Stonemason Junissa Yovitch and the Carpenter Braderock Brumm. After that, perhaps look for people who could make for trustworthy allies. Perhaps we could secure extra funding by befriending the rich farmers and/or the priest. The trappers could know interesting things about the local area.

So I'd suggest for priorities:

Clean the Courtyard and Collapse the Watchtower ASAP so we can get on the Crafting checks which probably act as a bottleneck.

Jarith can get the guards to help him Clean the Courtyard instead of the Approach Road to open up the bottleneck to the watchtower.
