Space Goblins available in Society when?

Can we please have a boon to access the Space Goblin species/ancestry?
A possible way to do this would be similar to the 2 boons System Traveler Ratfolk or Android, where the player must have enough ACP from PFS2E to bring forth a Space Goblin.

Do we see any openings for the other factions?
I have a dwarf who has been angling for the top position of the Exo-Guardians, and currently gets grumpy every time they have to speak with the new leader.

I am concerned about the flat increase of $10.00 to SF rulebooks, and it's just PDFs.
This is the largest price shock of this group, with the majority of the products getting a "reduced" price.
Could you speak to this specific price increase?

Will the Signup website be cleaned up at all? Currently the games are in a jumble, not even sorted by their session ID.
In the past, there was the google doc, that had separate tabs for each system, along with the specials. Can we expect something like this on this site, or are the kinks still being worked out?
