I could play in a desert themed adventure. I had a desert Druid I really enjoyed in that first desert themed AP paizo published. I forget the name of it now. I also have played in a few different dark Sun type games and loved them as well.

”Before we get too separated, anyone need a quick healing touch. I can heal a bit of your wounds once per day,” the witch advises, as she isn’t sure the threat is completely over.

God, RHOD is such a great adventure! One of my top ten of any RPG system that I’ve been through.

Whatever works for you is fine with me for our game, GM. Make it easy on yourself!

We have made it to 4th level and the flow is pretty good for low level encounters so far. Leveling the first time was tough, but as I became accustomed, it got easier the next two times.

I’m still too new to make any proclamations, but there is definitely a place for it, even if I probably prefer all the fiddlety bits of 1e.

I’m in an online PF2 game right now. It’s my first run through under 2e. I still prefer 1e, but it is probably because I am so much more experienced with it though.

I survived a wedding in a church with no air conditioning during the heat wave this weekend.

Also, about an hour before we had to be at the church, me and the other brother of the groom realized the tux rentals didn’t come with dress shoes, and we hadn’t brought our own. So we had to rush to Walmart and buy some.

After that, I’m officially done making fun of you guys for leaving the dungeon to go shopping. Fair's fair.

lol, summer weddings are tough.

My office once put on a fundraiser for a gubernatorial candidate and I ended up locking myself out of my house in a series of unfortunate events. I am decidedly not an on the rack shopper, so I had a dress shirt and pants I grabbed from the office, and went to Walmart and bought shoes, dress socks, and toiletries to get me through the event, lol. They made such fun of me.

I’d love to get a seat, GM Colin!

”At least there were no alligators in the swamp,” Hagrym adds, trying to be cheerful. ”But, to be honest, this place doesn’t really look inviting does it,” he says as he looks at the lighthouse.

The dwarf nods at Jon’s suggestion to check the ruins. His stomach rumbled at the discussion of hors d’oeuvres and main courses for dinner. He sighs at the noise breaking the silence.

I’m in a 1e game that is all dwarves and it is a ton of fun!

Would you be willing to consider a 2e newbie? I’ve played 1e forever but recently got the 2e book. I’ve played with lucendar many times over the years.

Thinking about a dwarven war priest type cleric. If you’d prefer more experienced players, I understand completely. But if you will consider someone inexperienced, I’ll get a submission prepared tomorrow.

Thanks!

I would love a confirmation game! I was recently gifted a grippli boon, and would love to try out my small monk!

Try here, it's still live for me right now.

Thanks so much. That’s what I needed!

Pathfinder

Starfinder

Sorry for not specifying, but I’m looking for a link to the 1e additional resources. All the old links seem dead.

Could someone provide a live link to the Additional Resources allowed page again? TIA.

Hey, is anyone interested in a Grippli/Skinwalker/catfolk boon? I’m donating it.

I’d love a catfolk or grippli boon!

Alright, Senatorial Hopeful is even better for what I was thinking than Disgraced Noble. I’m going to grab that as my background. Give me a day or so to get things written up and I’m ready to rock and roll.

Gerald, are you swapping to Wizard?

If you are, I'll take Monk for my (theorized) "+1 Monk" build (Fort, Ref, Will, Init, Focus feats).

Yes, I’m going to go with wizard now.

Here are some of the backgrounds as customized for PF2. More will be up tomorrow. You must choose one of these, or discuss an acceptable substitute. Remember, all backgrounds need to build in the recruitment by Lady Lotheed, per the Player's Guide.

I was considering some sort of noble, so I think your Disgraced Noble adaptation would be perfect for my wizard.

It looks like the party is swinging heavily to the martial side this time, so to keep things relatively balanced, I might try a wizard instead of the monk idea.

Hey everyone, this is Nox’s player. I’m looking to do something different than sorcerer this time so I am considering some sort of monk. Maybe human dexterity build using crane style for some AC help. Still considering backgrounds, etc.

So what characters do we have then? I’ll decide which level four after I see our roster.

Hey guys, I’ve got a 4th level psychic and a 4th level sorcerer that I’d put forth. I’d be happy to play either of them.

CoCT is the greatest AP ever IMHO.

I believe that orc characters are available in PF1 from this announcement. You would have to own a valid source (it looks like they are in Bestiary 1, Advanced Race Guide, and the Monster Codex.) Unfortunately, none of the orc specific options look like they are legal right now.

I'll let you know if we find out otherwise, of course. And I'll ask about some additional options.

Thanks Redelia! much appreciated. Saving a slot for a big nasty green ORC Pathfinder agent! ;)

That makes two of us, PDK!

Thanks for all your time and efforts, Tyranius! Enjoy your well earned respite!

I’d suggest you pick the adventure, GM, as you’ve got a better idea of what you prefer and don’t. It sounds like most of us would be thrilled to play in any game you’d want to run.

Hey, I’m a longtime PF 1e player here on the boards but I’ve never given PF2 a shot. If the group wouldn’t mind a PF2 newbie, I’d love to submit a character.

I’ve got a dragon disciple that literally just hit level 10, so I’m sure I’m too far away from what you are …. seeking.

Hello all! I'm recruiting for a STANDARD run of 6-15 The Overflow Archives. I got to play this a while back (lol) in a long-running group run by GM ShieldBug (members of this group would go on to build a healthy, long-running Starfinder group that completed Dead Suns and is running strong).

I've been convinced to help keep PF1 games available and choose this scenario. My hope is to recruit 6 players this week, and start Tuesday next week after the American holiday and Paizocon (I have no illusions of trying to overlap with that :)) Of course if recruitment takes longer I'll adjust.

Those interested should signup HERE.

** spoiler omitted **

Would the following players please check in HERE at your earliest convenience. Thank you!

* Wilbert Goldenaxe (Diaz Ex Machina)
* Professor Maesandri (Warah)
* Jilla (Jhaeman)
* Kalak Sunrunner (Torilgrey)
* Kaseem ibn al Majid (Shadow Dragon)

We have room for one more, but given the signup so far we look ready to start on-time, Tuesday.

GM, I’ve got a sorcerer in range and would be willing to burn a replay to have a go at this one again, if you’d have me.

Always up for a scenario I haven’t played before!

Hey, GM! Thanks for the selection.

Here’s another of the tanks!

It might take me a day or two to get the Paladin build together, but this sounds like great fun!

Name: Kaztor

Class: Paladin

Joke: “what does mining under a river and a tankard of elven mead have in common?” “They are both awful close to water!”

Dad dwarven joke!

The part of Bonekeep we just finished in PBP was great fun!

Level two and three hit points
2d6 ⇒ (5, 5) = 10

I will get a build posted tomorrow for consideration, GM. Thanks.

Rolls

5d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 6, 3, 4) = 23
5d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 5, 4, 3) = 18
5d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 5, 3, 5) = 15
5d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 4, 1, 1) = 14
5d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 2, 2, 2) = 17
5d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 5, 2, 5) = 20
5d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 4, 6, 1) = 18

Leaves me scores of 16, 15, 15, 13, 13, 13. Should be able to make a groovy caster out of that.

GM, are you still looking to take another player on or are you full up now? I’d be happy to put forth something arcane if there is still a slot available. Thanks!

Player: Gerald
Character: Perrine Ravella
PFS: 12445-22
Normal speed

I forgot to set up an alias so I’ll bang one out real quick this morning.

I’d like to give The Volcano a try!

Since I was the last signup, I’ll take whichever character is left over.

By my count, I’m the 7th applicant, so I’m not choosing any of the characters as if we are capped at 6, I’m out. Just want to continue to express interest even though I’ve not asked for a pregen.

I’d love a spot, GM.

Warpriest 3 or Brawling Blademaster 2 reporting for duty!

GM, I have three free characters in tier, a 9 sorcerer, a 9 mutagenic mauler/brawler, and a level 5 Arcanist. I’d be happy to run any of them depending on if we go low or high.

I’d be happy to pick up any unfilled role as the 5th character. Looks like there is a bard, Druid, rogue and fighter.

I’d be more than happy to run a mage or sorcerer, if I get selected. I prefer the arcane role anyway.

If a law firm specializes in a subject but does not put that specialization where clients can find it, they are a crappy law firm. Period. If you specialize in something you make it known. Otherwise, it is not a specialty, it's just another type of case you see.

It depends on the state. In Kentucky, where I practice, I’m an administrative law specialist. However the state bar of Kentucky will not allow lawyers to hold themselves out as specialists in any field. So even though I work at the largest admin law firm in the state, we cannot hold ourselves out as specialists on our website or in any advertising material. It’s weird.

I don’t know the law of the state they are based out of, but that could possibly be an explanation. Or they might not be specialists at all.
