From what I can see on the map, there is a wall between Garth and the undead...

Garth Frogg makes his way down the stairs to see the problem. "Bastard of a Captain... well, I am not really surprised."

As he moves up, he pulls out his wand of magic missile and attempts to use it against yellow.

He shrugs, and implants a mesmeric mirror on himself instead.

”Bodies look fresh,” he says. ”be careful. ” He checks each body for breathing by placing his hand in front of their mouth and nose.

Garth looks at his scroll, and realizes that he is now very unlikely to hit with it. He also looks at the rest of what he can do, and he expects that none of it will work against the undead. So, he tries to use his magic missile wand... and of course it fails him. So, Garth moves back a bit.

Garth feels like he is ready, so doesn't bother with any preparation. Of course, he is near the back, so less vulnerable. But he does have his wand of magic missiles in one hand, and his scroll of scorching ray in the other.

Garth sets up another false flanker on Rolandor, and slaps the elf on the back (well, as high as he can reach at least). "Don't let it bother you, we'll do fine!"

He checks his inventory, and takes the time to familiarize himself with his scroll of scorching ray.

Takes 20 on deciphering with UMD for a 28... which takes 20 minutes, and gets a spell level 3 spell.

He waits to see if her channeling finishes off all of the skeletons. If not, he will try and fire another magic missile at green.

Garth does his best to help, again, trying to trigger his wand. Unfortunately, the "reverse Hufflepuff" grip that he chooses does not have the expected results, he just sits there on the wall, wondering why no balls of mystic fury come out of the other end of the wand.

Seeing things turning south, again, drawing his wand of burning hands. He is able to successfully trigger the stubborn wand, causing a one of flame to burst out of its end! He catches blue and pink in the flames, which appear to burn particularly hot. At the end of the eruption, the now charred stick crumbles to ash, inciting a whimper from the grippli as his hard earned cash literally goes up in flame.

As Rolander attacks, the image of Garth armed with a particularly interesting looking weapon, full of blades, spikes, and other impractical things, appears opposite of the frog from him. This distracts the frog for a moment, enough for Rolander to slide his blade into a particularly delicate spot.
