Lol you said its late so ill forgive your bad maths i suck at maths too. Looking at your hits you rolled an 18 and missed also you roll a 24 and hit which means their ac is between 18 and 25.
You can try and trip the centaur by making a combat manuever check on your turn. You roll a d20 and and your cmb to it. Note triping quadrepeds is extremely difficult but not impoasible.
Yes you could jump around the field if you like but its no more effective than just moving and you still need to make skill checks so there is a chance you could fail where as if you just move you dont need to make any checks. Also you can move through downed enemies and allies spaces unhindered
The tiefling monk darts forward hands a blur as she delivers slashing strikes to the formidable Centaur. while most of her blows are unable to penetrate the enemies armor 2 strikes find flesh tearing gaping wounds for 23 points of damage.

The fog obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. A creature within 5 feet has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker can't use sight to locate the target).
Miss chance from smoke bomb
1-50 misses 51-100 hits
attack1:1d100 ⇒ 6 miss
attack2:1d100 ⇒ 53 hit
Krayn in his evolved form moves into striking distance of centaur 1 and this time unloads 2 devastating attacks with his hammer, the first attack misses because of the smoke left behind by the ninja the second attack hits however dealing 7 points of damage.
Both Maldrek and Zikamiri have disappeared from sight.
