Just FYI... I'll be on vacation next week; Saturday through Thursday will be very limited activity on my part!

Just to convey Falshin's appearance, the only "weapon" he carries openly is a dagger on his belt. He also carries a walking stick which is effectively a hanbo. I realize others definitely carry more openly, but just wanted to clarify for Falshin at least.

As Falshin takes note of those watching them, he leans in closer to Jussa, whispering. "I do wonder if the shop was not just a front for him. Perhaps we should go back under the cover of darkness to check into it further? I am quite good at moving around unseen and picking locks from a distance even."

Falshin glances up at Jussa. "That time, eh? Perhaps next time I could read your fortune, Auntie, in exchange for that brew." He gives her a pleasant smile as he turns to follow the others.

Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17

Falshin allows the others to speak, maintaining a constant vigilance in the area, although, he does speak up when orders come order. "Just an ale for me, good madam." He smiles with a nod.

Falshin notices Darzus' discomfort in his declaration and walks over to the elven man, clapping him on the shoulder in a form of Varisian closeness. "My friend, we all have our talents. Do not be ashamed of yours! In our line of work, I find our kind must often rely on prevarications to avoid trouble. There are times when I regret my 'honest face' as some have called it." He smiles.

Falshin chuckles at Zamin's simple explanation of his abilities, but it worked. "I can think of a few people who would be very jealous of such abilities, Zamin." He nods to Jussa as the begin to hurry along. "I am pretty well acquainted with getting folks to like me, but telling falsehoods has definitely not been something I'm talented at. I do hope one of you has that particular talent."

Hey all, sorry about my lack of posting over the weekend. My kiddo's school sent him home sick Thursday afternoon with pink eye that he got from another kid in this class. I took him to urgent care to find out that he also had strep... which I caught from him. SO both of us were sick over the weekend. I'm back now, getting caught up at work, so I'll probably be a little slow to catch up here!

Falshin listens quietly, nodding here and there as the Venture-Captain details their mission. "It's a good thing I am skilled at getting in and out of places quietly then. Unfortunately, Zamin, I am not so sure you will be doing a lot of smashing, unless we need a distraction."

A young, Varisian man enters the room with an easy, friendly smile upon his lips that reaches his violet hued eyes; his wavy chestnut hair hangs down to his stubbled jaw. His clothing is simple, travel-worn of fairly neutral hues save for the brightly colored scarf draped around his neck and shoulders. Across his chest lay a well-made leather bandolier with several different items strapped to or hanging from it. Beneath it all, the glimmer of a bright silver chainshirt can be seen. He carries no visible weapons upon him, save a dagger sheathed to his bandolier. Upon seeing all the others presently gathered he claps his hands together with a chagrined smile and laughs. "It would seem I am the last to join the gathering! I apologize if I have kept you waiting, my friends!" He immediately begins moving from person to person, offering his hand to shake. "Falshin Korvaska, at your service!"

Falshin joins his companions from the previous venture around Absalom. "Ah, my friends it is good to see you all once more! I hope your future journeys will be just as fruitful. Anything exciting since we departed?"

Kinetic Healer: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Kinetic Healer: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

One into Kam and Verdant, I’ll take two Burn and use that to refill my Force Ward back to full.

I am assuming all the enemies currently have Soft Cover against my attacks due to Verdant's position.

Also, GM, Falshin is still at 21/21 HP. The archer attack only whittled down my Temp HP which regenerate at 2 per Minute. Just a friendly reminder as it's a very convoluted ability!

Watching how nimbly the elf dodged around his projectile, Falshin takes a moment and redirects his attention to the brute wielding the massive greatclub who just returned to the fight. He sends yet another rock over Verdant's head towards the human barbarian. He then moves swiftly behind his companions to stand near Kam to drag his body out of the chaotic melee!

Kam, next round I'm going to Pull you out of range of that barbarian and then get some heals into you. I'm not very useful in this fight with the super tight confines and my not phenomenal attack bonus with Cover everywhere.

Nice! Jaeron's spells are clutch in this combat! Did my attack hit the archer?

Tried to edit with my phone and jacked it all up. I’ll grab my computer in a minute and fix the map...

Damage: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12

Falshin moves back into the view of the archer and sends a piece of debris flying into the elf!

Nicely done, Jaeron! Your spells definitely saved the day here!

Telekinetic Blast Attack: 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 3 + 1 = 7

Falshin ducks away from the arrow fired in his direction and immediately seizes the errant projectile with his powers to send it soaring back towards the elven archer. Unfortunately in his haste to return the attack the arrow shoots down the tunnel! He takes a step back to gain some cover from any further attacks by the archer.

Roll a d20+2-13. So you basically need to roll a 20 unfortunately. You have to get over a 10 to naturally stabilize.

I hate these tight tunnels with a ranged character...

Falshin moves quickly through the tight tunnels to come up behind the barbarian and aid his wounded companion!

I apologize, just my Surprise round action. He only moved 6 spaces. The idea of walking a few spaces into the tunnel, spotting the elven archer, and then continuing his movement while shouting the alarm.

Falshin will move with the others out into the hallway to investigate the sounds of rushing footfalls. "That cannot be good, no one else should know we are here." He spots the wicked looking elven archer and immediately move to cover. "Pathfinders! We have company here and they do not look friendly! Prepare yourselves!"

Falshin stares at the chalkboard for a few moments, wondering until he suddenly recalls Fimbrik's notes! He picks up the chalk and writes 'Wiffle' on the chalkboard! As he finishes he suddenly has a thought. "Oh, I probably should have checked for traps first...."

"Indeed. Well, let us hold onto this coin and replace the body back into its resting place. We should move on quickly before that irritating Asmodean fool returns. To the Wall of Names?"

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 +1 bonus if his starting Attitude was Hostile.

Falshin steps forward. "Now, now goodsir there is no need for such uncouth words from such a pious man such as yourself. We recognize your authority here and humbly request permission to visit the grave of one entombed within your bailiwick. We are not looking for a fight. What would you require for us to pass?"

Telekinetic Blast (Ranged Attack): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

Falshin hears his companions engaging some sort of enemy and rushes to their aid! He uses his powers to scoop up a nearby newspaper and sends it flying through the doorway, but the poor angle and lack of visual on the giant insect causes the ether-wrapped object to fly harmlessly overhead.

Hey all, I will be heading to Florida for a week starting tomorrow morning. Normally I would have my work computer with me, but I have to leave with our IT guys for some much needed tinkering. I'll have my phone with me, but I may not have much time for posting. If you need to GMPC my character during this time, that is okay.

He lets the pen drop to the ground. "It's an illusion. I suspect Master Fimbrik has not been here in quite some time... If he is even still alive." He sighs. "Perhaps we should follow up at the Arcanamirium to see if they have any idea of his whereabouts or any way to contact him. The only other option I see is to go into his home without permission. And that could land us in a spot of trouble should we be caught, Pathfinders or no."

Falshin frowns, recalling that Dreng mentioned Fimbrik was quite the illusionist, and uses his telekinetic powers to lift an object from the nearby desk and push it into Fimbrik in an attempt to further get his attention. Or see if he is even real...

Falshin's eyebrows raise at the collection of papers stuffed around the front door of the residence. "This does not bode well for us finding him here. Perhaps we should seek him out at the Arcanamirium? Although, maybe a quick walk around might be prudent?" He goes to the window on the right and immediately spots an elderly gnome. "Oy! It would seem he is home after all!"

Falshin immediately walks up and raps his knuckles upon the windowpane. "Master Fimbrik! I apologize for the interruption, but my companions and I would speak with you if you have but a few scant moments to spare."

"Agreed. We could slip in under the cover of darkness and examine it without drawing too much attention. We could even examine these names on the Wall as well tonight."

Falshin simply smiles at Dreng's word, knowing very well that there was more behind this than simply fetching a bottle of wine. "This is truly an amazing find! Which of these leads should we investigate first?"

And this is exactly why I LOVE my telekineticist. Due to bat swarm's damage not being more than my the temporary hit points gained by my Force Ward, Falshin does not suffer any of the negative effects from the swarm's attack. Therefore he is essentially immune to the distraction and bleed ability until they deal more damage than my Force Ward has HP.

Falshin stands among the swarming bats, smiling as his companions escape the area, seemingly unscathed as the tiny creatures seem to slam into some unseen force around the healer! He laughs as he takes a few steps back and uses his aetheric powers to pick up some nearby debris and send it flying into the swarm! "Everyone get out!"

Telekinetic Blast: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 Or flying into the wall, either way....

Falshin can deal full damage to the swarm with his kinetic blast and will attack next round, but with Jaeron's low Con I was concerned he wouldn't make it another round in there without healing.

From inside the swarm of bats, Falshin calls out. "Everyone get clear! I can handle these vile beasts!"

Falshin sees Jaeron collapse to the ground, surrounded by the swarm of bats and curses in the varisian tongue as he watches the elf bleeding profusely from his wounds. He wraps his kapenia around his face and neck before stepping into the mass of swirling bats. He kneels down next to Jaeron, placing his hand upon the elf's shoulder, and furrows his brow in concentration as all the small wounds suddenly begin to clot over and knit themselves back together as tiny aetheric strands work to seal the cuts!

Kinetic Healer: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

Accepting 1 point of Burn to use Kinetic Healer on Jaeron, you regain 11 HP.

After looking at Bahboom's activity, they haven't posted on their main account since May and the PC hasn't posted since July. In favor of moving this on, I would like to suggest we skip their actions (and possibly look for a replacement) unless said activity changes.

Don't believe you need to roll anything unless he fights the movement. Although I've seen some GMs requiring Bull Rush or Reposition checks before. Also, worry not Jaeron, Falshin won't let you die! Times like this I'm glad I'm playing a kineticist. Full damage to swarms with my blast!

Falshin is in a good spot!

Wow. Although, I will at least give them a tiny bit of credit for owning up enough to come back and apologize. Still unacceptable behavior though.

I just meant the whole showing up to a table, sitting down, rolling for you boon, and then getting up to walk away. That type of behavior is just obnoxious.

Ugh, that's why we cannot have nice things.

Falshin looks over the shoulders of his companions into the exposed, secret room and chuckles. "That old rogue, he knew exactly what he was sending us for. Let us search this place! Who knows when last it was revealed!"

I am with the others, at the end is perfectly okay with me.

Before Verdant pulls the lever, Falshin steps forward. "Hold one moment, if you would, please. I will ensure there are no traps here first?" Assuming Verdant allows him, Falshin examines the lever and if all looks godo he will step back to allow the leshy access to the lever.
