![]() So, I am playing in an Abomination vaults game. We are currently level 3.
The party consists of:
And my Iruxi Fighter with Barbarian dedication -focused mostly on 2-handed weapons- using sudden charge/Brutish shove. Now, my character is great at taking and dishing out damage. He is fun to roleplay (not the smartest and takes everything literally). However, I made him when I was in a bad place, and feel like maybe I should make something that helps the party even more. Thoughts? GM will let me retrain things as needed or bring in a completely new character. ![]()
![]() Hello, I click to track my package for order 8715811 and it doesn't load the tracking... Whether from my phone, my work machine, my personal machine, chrome, edge, incognito, etc. Would you be able to confirm tracking shows it, on track? I know mail and everything is slower these days, but I just want to check since we recently had an issue with one of the local ups hubs losing some coffee we had shipping to us. Thanks in advance. ![]()
![]() I let my group know that I wanted to run Starfinder.
However, one player is not excited.
I am trying to get him to see the fantasy in Starfinder and to get him more excited so he can have fun and enjoy the game as much as everyone else when I run it. I don't want to run the game and have a player not having fun, etc. Any thoughts here to help get him more interested in it? He prefers D&D/Pathfinder/3.5 fantasy over anything else. Thanks. ![]()
![]() I don't see this in the rules for Retraining but maybe someone has mentioned this in the messageboards and I missed it. Can you retrain what your character took as your favored class bonus? So, instead of taking a hit point, you can retrain and take a skill point instead? I don't see why it would be a big deal but I don't see it mentioned. Thanks! ![]()
![]() So after a couple characters I haven't been able to settle into and a long hiatus of the game, I am bringing in a new character to my wife's Way of the Wicked evil campaign. I was an antipaladin, but I don't want to be that type of character. So the party is as follows: Drow Bladebound Magus 7
So I was really leaning toward bringing in an arcane caster. I think a pure, flexible arcane caster could benefit the party, and well I really have wanted to play one. So I am asking for advice- do you all think I should bring in an arcane caster like a wizard/witch/sorcerer? ![]()
![]() I had emailed about this as well, but I am concerned. My Ultimate Campaign order says suspended. I know Justin Riddler had advised your tech team was fixing the fact I was billed as if I had pathfinder advantage when I do not. The fact is I was still billed, so I am concerned about the 'suspended' status. ![]()
![]() So I am bringing a new character in my wife's way of the wicked campaign. The party currently has the following: Dhampir Cleric 5 of Zon-Kuthon, Goblin Alchemist 4/Rogue 1, Drow Magus 5, and sometimes a Ranger (skirmisher). I was playing an Orc Figher/Barbarian, but alas I felt the character didn't have enough to offer RP-wise (was more of an experiment on my part too) and it didn't have a good link to the story. So I am trying to think what to bring in, that I want to play, but also would help the party. A few ideas: A human Anti-Paladin of Asmodeus (in Way of the Wicked, no chaotic aligned pcs are allowed, so Fire Mountain Games changed it so Anti-paladins can be other evil alignments). He would help in combat a lot, and be able to be sociable as well. A witch or a wizard to add more arcane diversity to the party. An assassin in training type, who kills the enemies of asmodeus to help bring about his rule again. Not sure on classes for this one. What do you all think? ![]()
![]() My wife is going to start an evil campaign for our group (using the Way of the Wicked 3pp Adventure path). I have many character ideas, but I was thinking the group really needs a cleric... Help me make a cleric of Asmodeus interesting. I was even thinking Tiefling Fiendish Vessel from the Advanced Race Guide. Any thoughts? ![]()
![]() Is Defensive Strategist a bit overpowered for a trait? Here is the rules text of the Trait: "You are not flat-footed when you are an unaware combatant. This
Should I allow a player to take that trait? Seems like it is part of uncanny dodge a bit. What do you all think? Thanks. ![]()
![]() I am having issues with my character in Kingmaker.
I first brought in an Inquisitor of Cayden Cailean, but he really didn't fit due to two of the characters being evil. My second character is a Gnome Bleachling Lore Oracle. However, I feel I step on the wizard and bard's toes a bit with knowledge checks, and step on the leader's toes a bit with Diplomacy checks. He can run up and cure people obviously. He has a lot of knowledge and craft skills. I kind of feel like I made a really good NPC. So, I offer it up to you, my friends on the boards here. What do you think I should have done? Should I have made a Life Oracle or Straight-up Cleric for the group? ![]()
![]() I am jumping into a Kingmaker game my wife is running and I thought about an Inquisitor. The monster hunter/spontaneous caster/decent combat combo interested me. My hang-up is I don't know what deity to follow to make this work (therefore helping set my alignment). There are two evil characters (one is NE and one is LE). If I play a Inquisitor of certain deities, I know we will butt heads. Obviously some friction and strife is par for the course. So, I seek the assistance of all of you. What deity do you think will work best, or do you think I should go with being an Inquisitor of an ideal? Or do you think I should scratch the Inquisitor? Thanks,
