So I only have one bond that I think could be resolved:

Archepex: Archepex is a natural leader. I should trust his instincts.

Dhice was not too keen on Archepex's plan to attack the Pit Lord the way that he did, but he chipped in and helped with that attack while ignoring the danger his friends faced against the ooze goblins. It worked, and Archepex was proven right.

I'd like to upgrade the bond to: "Archepex is a leader worth following. He will lead us to our own betterment."


Dhice agrees, and sets to the task of making camp. He tries to experiment with some rocks nearby to see if he can use his power to heat them up and cook on them, but it doesn't work. With that behind him, he goes to build a cookfire and get some warm food into the group.

Do I detect a 'make camp' and perhaps even an 'end of session" move coming? I'm going to post some potential bond resolutions in the Discussion thread.

Dhice looks at the chaos around them and slips into a meditative state, moving rocks and clearing a relatively safe path from the bottom of the sewers up through the broken rubble of the roof to the surface above, thinking to avoid any hazardous climbs for the group.

As he does so, Lyntel notices something odd out of the corner of her eye. Just laying some groundwork, as I'm going to take the Teleport move when I level up: You gain access to the "Teleport" Technique tag. When a Technique has this tag, you instantly move somewhere Near. Describe what it looks like.

Dhice picks up the bizarre "finger sleeve" and looks at it with deep suspicion. His head is filled with images of having his finger lopped off by the thing, or permanently stuck in it, so he just carefully wraps it in a rag and stuffs it in his pack for now.

Dhice looks around and then realizes that the team just obliterated a Pit Lord. "Holy Mother of Kings!" he says with awe in his voice. "Did that just happen?"


mooshy, sandblast for 8 damage do anything?


Dhice sees the goblins threatening and reaches for his most basic powers. Channel-Sandblast: 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 1) + 3 = 10 He causes a blast of sand to explode out of his forearms, stinging the nearby goblins for damage: 1d8 ⇒ 8 and then coating himself in gritty, protective sand +1 armour until next Channel


Hi guys,

I'm not feeling too invested in this dream sequence and may bow out until it wraps up. I'm having trouble imagining the interaction, and I'm not really keen on "constructively working against the party" in this way (I do enough of that when I GM my own game).

I'll check in periodically so I don't miss much when the sequence ends. If I seem to be missing come ping me on Reddit: bms42.


The blade is fine. Exceptionally fine. Perfect, even... it calls to you Archepex, like a long lost child you never knew you had.
