![]() Hello! Would you have room for two more? A newer player from my home group and I are interested. She wants to play some kind of cleric or oracle. While I'm interested in playing a shifter, I'm pretty flexible and can do just about anything else if necessary. ![]()

![]() If you're looking for a non-Mesmerist idea, take a look at the Rakshasa Bloodline Sorcerer. A temporary buff to social skills and a possibility to foil "zone of truth"-like effects at 1st level along with bloodline spells and abilites that (generally) line-up with the Enchantment focus as you level-up. I've played a build of it on in a couple connected one-shots and really liked it. ![]()

![]() I was hoping you'd ask, Kobold Cleaver! Fleshed-out Backstory:
Echo is an oddity among the Monks of Azure Monolith. 'He' was born out of the corpse of a monk who had fallen from the path and became a Kurobozu. After the Kurobozu was slain, Echo was born. Initially, the brothers and sisters were wary of the strange skeleton that sat within the walls of the monastery in silence, unsure what to do about it. Eventually, they began to aid the being in it's day to day survival as it slowly gained sentience. Three months later, the now (mentally) 5-year-old Echo began to join the monks in their daily regimens and training. Once he believed he had learned enough, Echo left the monastery on a journey to discover what and who he is. After hearing about Barlily's unique relationship with death, Echo made haste to get there for any kind of clue about his birth from (un)death. EDIT: HERE is a link to the Alias I will hopefully use. ![]()

![]() Dot. I'm thinking of an Obitu Unchained Monk. The idea for his backstory is that he was born after the monks of the monastary where he grew up killed a Kurobozu that had arisen from within their ranks. ![]()

![]() Here is Julius's Response. It is also in his profile. Responce: Julius's eyes wander his surroundings. When he lights upon the sky his eyes glimmer and a smile crosses his face. Beautiful. But he's not sure why he walks on. It too quiet for city this big. With a deep breath, flames erupt around Julius's hands shedding light as he launches several volleys in many directions to see if there is a reaction. When there is none, "Hōhā!" Goblin: Boring! Walking through the square he runs his hands through the dust in the fountain and sat down. Julius loses himself listening to the music, his eyes locked on the flames dancing around his hands that have shifted to alien colors and its familiar dance fals into rhythm with the mysterious music. Julius stares directly into the fog, You a strange thingy."What is you?"He calls out. As the unease grows he lightly clenches his jaw and launches a larger gout of fire into the fog. And again and again and again. That's when the real fear sinks in and Julius ran away as fast as he could. Without a second thought Julius dove down the lower path, getting low and in the dark had always saved him while he was growing up... at least, he thinks it was. ![]()

![]() Ok, I'll throw my hat in the ring with Julius "Piglet" Armistead, a Goblin Kineticist who was raised in a "longshank" orphanage. Kineticist Gold: 1d6 ⇒ 4 x10 = 40 gp. I'll have him done tonight. ![]()

![]() I love the Emerald Spire! I'm interested and have an idea for a slightly insane CN Cleric of Azathoth. I do have one question, with Horror Adventures being released Thursday, would material from it be allowed? Because the Elder Mythos Cultist Archetype is really flavorful for the character concept I have. Cleric gold: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 4, 5) = 17 x 10 = 170 gp. ![]()

![]() I don't know how having a sphere caster on both sides of the gestalt would work together but I absolutely love the idea I came up with so here it is. Ishoti Moonmaw, CG Male Human Armorist (Symbiotic Knight)//Thaumaturge (Pactmage) 10. Ishoti was born in a small backwater fishing village that many travelers found creepy and off putting, many avoiding it as best they can. Unknown to outsiders the village worships a mysterious and dark entity who lives deep under the ocean, known as the Shadow in the Deep, through dark and occult rituals. After the town was ransacked by pirates, Ishoti suffered a ghastly scar across his chest and was impressed into service on the pirate ship, The Devil's Horror. After years of abuse and mistreatment his dreams wandered deep into the earth under the sea to a forgotten temple complex where he is confronted by the avatar of the Shadow in the Deep. In this dream he struck a pact, in exchange for protection and power to be free of his oppressors Ishoti would find the real world temple complex and free him (but he doesn't realize that that is part of the deal). Using his new powers Ishoti escaped the pirates and began traveling across the surface world until he went exploring into Rappan Athuk and the beginning of the campaign. ![]()

![]() I'm interested, but I have a few questions. How much leeway do we have when creating a character's backstory? What constitutes the standard races? Would the Calagni race be allowed, cause I have a Caligni Hydrokineticist that I've been wanting to play for a while. ![]()

![]() Here is my submission, Notheah Asealior, so far. Let me know if anything is wrong, looks out of place, uncertain or the like. I have yet to decide on spells and write out his back story but I should get them done tomorrow. The general idea for his back story is that he is the son of a minor noble who is adventuring in an attempt to gain his families approval and love. ![]()

Oo! I like the idea of a Munavri from the Sightless Sea who is in Kintago on a trip to learn about the culture of the surface world. If being a Munavri is too powerful I'll instead use the re-roll for extra traits.
