Imagine my surprise to open my box to find a NEW CATALOG! It's been _such_ a long time since Paizo's had one!
It also occurs to me that my players found the evidence against Titus Scarnetti in Rise, but it's easy enough to say that his wealth and status allowed him to survive that scandal. Maybe my Titus's reputation is just a little more tarnished.

Did anyone else get their PFS subscription order generated but not yet fulfilled? I mean it’s a positive sign the order generated considering the issues of the past few months, but not sure why it’s still Pending I did, yes. The order appeared on Monday, but it hasn't gone through yet. I'm going to give it some time before I start writing them about it, though.
My order has shipped! And the PDF download is broken! Huzzah?

That feeling you have when you get your order authorization e-mail on the 1st day, then the feeling you have as you see the end of shipping window creeping up and you continue to check for your shipping e-mail. LOL! Yep. I keep picturing my package sliding under the door at the last second like Harrison Ford.

Boy I'd sure like this to ship. It's odd - I was not looking forward to this AP at all, but it has turned out to be amazing. The waiting IS the hardest part!
My group has never played Rise of the Runelords, so I'll be adapting that after we finish Doomsday Dawn.
While I appreciate that some folks might want Paizo to have a non-goblin adventure instead of this one, I will say that I got to play it with the author at PaizoCon and had about as much fun as I've ever had at a table. Give it a chance, y'all.
I have one question that I cant seem to find the answer for... Why is Kroop sent aboard the Man's Promise with all the deckhands? What is Harrigan's motivation for getting rid of his cook (and long-time crew member) ? That bothered me too, until I decided that Harrigan acquires a new Rahadoumi cook from the Man's Promise. She's gifted, sober, and much easier on the eyes. |
