For short period of time, I will be a part-time employee to produce and run tech on Oblivion Oath once a week. Aside from that, I'll be working with Syrinscape. Since they are a licensee, I'll still be around the Paizo family!

Howdy everyone!
I have some news that I wanted to share here before it goes out on today's show. Today will be my last as the host/producer/etc. for Starfinder Wednesday.
While I can't say 100% what their plan will be moving forward, I can say that there are things in the works to fill the streaming gap until Paizo finds another person to take over.
(Friday will be my last day for Pathfinder Friday as well)

From the bottom of my heart, thank you! Thanks for being patient while I figured out how to run a show while pushing buttons and talking all at the same time. Thanks for the support! Wowzers, without all that support, this would have gone away a long time ago. Thanks to HMM for making this board. It was so fun chatting and hearing your thoughts as the show evolved. You all have been a blast and it was 100% the best part of my week when I got to sit at the desk and try to be entertaining during the show.

I wanted to give you an update on the ol Starfinder Wednesday situation. I just found out that the offices will be closed Wednesday, so that means no show. I am working on a replacement show to run in its place.
I'll update when I have more answers!

I'm thinking that they're pushing the Archipelago and surrounding areas because of Dawn of Flame.

UPDATE! Just got word from the Starfinder Team that today's show with Chris Sims will be, "... a deeper dive on the Burning Archipelago"!

Agreed, Rob did an awesome job. I only mentioned it on the show because of the chance that someone follows this board, but missed the last-minute announcement. Wanted to make sure folks were up to date!

The Liavara show will be moved to the spot that Rob was supposed to be on, later this month. We will get that show on the air!!!

ALERT! It's looking like Joe might not be able to do the show today. I'm scrambling right now, trying to figure out what else we can do and who's available. Stay tuned.

Great show Dan and team. You know Dan you are making significant progress in your ability to run these shows. It is a learned skill to be able to interview people and keep the show paced and to properly place questions and I feel you are making a steady progression in your ability to do these things. Admittedly Owen seems like a guy that almost interviews himself most of the time. Awesome job!

Thanks so much! This is the first time I've ever had to run a show, direct camera, interview, and chat all at the same time.

One piece of constructive criticism from someone who sometimes chooses to listen on headphones at work with just audio. You click the pen on the table quite a bit.

I wish this was the first time I've heard this. It is a known issue and the tech team is working on the problem by taking my pens.

Second, SORRY! I thought I had already posted that the show on the 16th is a Playtest Wrap Up show. It's been planned from the start and in my brain, I added that a long time ago. But, I guess I didn't. Apologies. To be clear, tomorrow's show is a Playtest Wrap Up show with Owen and Rob.

The upcoming schedule is coming together but still sort of spotty.

2. I'm not sure I understand the action economy of the injections class feature. It looks like you can prepare your injections 'generically' in the morning, load them all into your needler pistol (or what have you) using move actions around that time, and then shoot them and decide what they do with a normal standard action attack in combat. But if that's the case, what is the point of the Quick Load feature?

If i don't get back in time could you headhunt this question for me hmm?

WhileI am breathless with excitement about the new Starfinder classes, I would also be highly interested in an episode that details the ysoki, particularly those native to Akiton, as relatively little is known of their culture.

Me too! The ysoki show is already on my list and I can't wait.

The Idarii and Kasathan culture in general.
Scholarly kasathas are the rarest race in Organized Play, despite them being a core race. I would love for them to see a bit more love and lore from a designer that is passionate about them and their culture.

Yeah, I agree with this one 100%. I want to do an in-depth show for each of the core races. There's so much more to know about each one!

An interview with Star Daddy Thurston Hillman and John Compton of Organized Play, where you bring Thurston in on the split screen.

Since I'm the only one running tech, hosting, and producing... I haven't worked out an elegant way to bring folks on the show over Skype. I'm still trying to find a good way to do this! Once I do, expect that Thurston will be guest #1.

What does being an "official Paizo podcast" mean exactly?

There was that one time at PaizoCon when I got to roll the neon green d20 and this happened.

I assume because towels are universal there will be no need for conversion.

If you're a hoopy frood...you'll just somehow know the conversion.
