Hi! I have an order that is still pending even though i placed it in 1/30/2023.
Is there a reason my order hasn’t been completed and shipped a full week later. It only has one item and it doesn’t appear that it is on back order.

Hi! My order, which was placed on 11/2/2021 says that it is waiting on backordered products. I went through and checked each item individually and NONE of them show as backordered. Could you guys take a look and see what the issue is and process my order for me?
Though if possible could I change one of the maps. I did add the wrong map. I had actually meant to add map - Twisted Caverns and added Shipwrecks in error. They are the same price.

Good evening,

I posted Friday afternoon about an error with my order. I used $175 in GM reward certificates, which were redeemed. I was then charged the full amount on my card - hence double charged. https://paizo.com/threads/rzs43i7t?Order-30129413
I don’t mind being patient for a response but there have been a good number of responses that have come in *SINCE* mine that have had not one but multiple replies.
Please advise when my order will be corrected and the funds currently held on my card will be released back into my account.

Hello,
I am in regards to the above order. I turned in 6 GM reward certificates totaling $175. At the time of my purchase I was charged the difference for the remainder of the order which was $26.44. All of the certificates turned in showed as redeemed and no longer useable immediately after.
Today I received an email confirmation that my order was processed and checked into my bank account to discover I was charged $175 dollars for the certificates that were already redeemed for that order.

I don’t understand why I can’t turn the certificates in I’m advance and then use the credits for the purchases to prevent this from happening. As this has happened on EVERY purchase where I have attempted to redeem certificates.

Please advise when the hold will be released or the funds will be returned to my account. As I refuse to continue to double pay for product.

Good morning,

I am submitting a third email regarding this order. I answered on the first but the order has still not but been updated and mailed.
So Then I submitted a follow up email this past Wednesday 9/15/2021 to try to figure out why it hasn't been sent. I know a lot has happened towards the end of the week and I would be very patient about an answer if I didn't see people who were canceling their orders getting replies while mine has been unanswered. The order itself should be good to go. The credit card is valid and funded, but the GM credits I was issued from conventions which I applied should be enough to simply process my book and send it. I have had the book on preorder since April.

The above order shows it needs a valid payment option. The card Information on file is correct, active and has adequate funds available. I also don’t understand the point of sending emails requesting updates to complete orders but then when we go to update them it doesn’t let us.
Please advise if you need any additional information from me.

I have been patiently awaiting a response to the above post as I know you all are woefully behind on emails and you *were* behind on posts. However, I went through today and saw that all current posts are being responded to. I currently have a hundred dollars of my money that was taken from my account while at the same time you “used” the gift certificates I applied. Meaning I spent $250 on $150 of merchandise.
I have been incredibly patient regarding this matter but now that I see you have somehow skipped right over my post I’m no longer going to accept your silence. So, I still have no response on my other purchase and I needed to use my gift certificates before they expired. So I placed another order - using THREE certificates totaling over $100. There was still a balance due so I paid with my card.
The system charged my card for the entire purchase. And still shows the certificates used. Which means that I spent $250 for $150 worth of product and shipping. Not including the item certificate that is still held up on my other purchase that absolutely will not let me update the payment method.
Now I understand that you guys are behind. But you guys are messing with peoples abilities to pay bills and put food on their tables by not being able to answer these responses in a timely manner.
My other request is 14 days old - with no response. I feel like these should be clear indicators that additional staff is needed.

I have a purchase that shows as pending due to a canx'd card. I have tried numerous times to update the transaction but it won;t let me. I've also sent 2 emails with no response. This is in regards to order #16254048

Hi! I have sent 2 emails regarding this order. I tried several to call/leave messages but the voice mail was full. I’ve added a current credit card but the system will not let me remove it. If I need to cancel the order and resubmit I can. But I need to get some direction on what to do to complete my order.

Had a situation come up at a table I was playing at that I wouldn't allow and that clearly the GM wasn't comfortable with but we didn't have clear rules on it. We had a paladin at the table using a weapon cord to hang on to her wooden tower shield. When needed she would release the shield and free that hand. Twice she was called on to use her bow....With a 40 pound wooden tower shield hanging from one hand.
I feel there should at least be a penalty to her bow use and wouldn't the release of a 40 pound shield to drop to her side cause a problem? Or is this just me applying real world logistics again?

I have a table planned that has 6 signed up players and 2 waitlisted. One of the signed up players has played it before and wants to burn a GM credit to replay. Can I still tell him not to play so the other players have a chance to play it for the first time?

Also, when do GM stars reset?

Good morning, I have a PC who wants to build a wayang wild child brawler/cavalier/hunter who would take the monstrous mount feat. He would then acquire a wrog mount. I don't see any problems with it since he is a small PC and the wrog is a medium creature AND he has both the cavalier/hunter classes. This is my first GM call regarding a character build and I wanted to make sure I was reading the rules right. Thanks a bunch!
