Good evening,
The above order shows it needs a valid payment option. The card Information on file is correct, active and has adequate funds available. I also don’t understand the point of sending emails requesting updates to complete orders but then when we go to update them it doesn’t let us.

Please advise if you need any additional information from me.

Hello LaShana,

It looks like the order was trying to use store credit. You have enough to cover the order. I can get it out the door using that unless you want it to use a card. Let me know and I will get it on its way.
