Good evening,

I posted Friday afternoon about an error with my order. I used $175 in GM reward certificates, which were redeemed. I was then charged the full amount on my card - hence double charged. https://paizo.com/threads/rzs43i7t?Order-30129413
I don’t mind being patient for a response but there have been a good number of responses that have come in *SINCE* mine that have had not one but multiple replies.
Please advise when my order will be corrected and the funds currently held on my card will be released back into my account.

Our sincerest apologies for the delay, we aren't in on the weekends and I was out sick yesterday but I did respond to your earlier thread and I will continue to keep an eye on your order until it goes out :)
