One more before I go to bed. I decided to work on Ripnugget and I had to change quite a bit but I think I kept what was necessary.
Warchief Ripnugget
Goblin fighter 4

HP 62 Hero Points 1
--------------------
Speed 20 feet
Melee [1] +1 striking shortsword +12 (agile, finesse, versatile S), Damage 2d6+1 piercing/slashing
Feats Bonded Animal, Canny Acumen, Dueling Parry, Intimidating Glare, Ride, Rough Rider, Shield Block, Sudden Charge, Swipe, Train Animal
Other Abilities bravery, unbreakable goblin
As you can see, I kept some things the same, like he has all of his items now. As a Goblin I managed to grab a free Ride feat from Rough Rider, and I even gave him some Bonded animal feats for funsies and profit. The only real thing I couldn't create exactly was his spirited charge or Ride by attacks. Instead what I opt to do as GM is him using one of his actions to command the gecko to Stride. Then while the gecko runs by, the chief uses his Swipe to try to attack multiple party members and he can hope to get out without nary a scratch. He also has a lot more HP than his 1e counterpart, but kind of weak attacks.
Finally, if his Gecko is brought down, he can still do his charges into the fray and attacking the hero party. He fights to the death.
I do plan on converting RotR into 2e, and I've decided to work on NPCs. The way I'm working on converting them is by using their CR instead of the regular levels to do so. I've having a time with Ven Vender, so instead I've decided to start with Tsuto. I'll publish more when I get the chance to make more but for now it's just Tsuto.
Tsuto Kaijitsu
Half-elf monk 3
Common, LE, Medium, Elf, Human, Humanoid
Perception +7 (+9 to initiative rolls.); low-light vision
Languages Common, Goblin
Skills Academia Lore +6, Acrobatics +11 (+11es, penalties, or modifiers).), Deception +5, Diplomacy +5, Intimidation +5, Religion +7 (+7es, penalties, or modifiers).), Thievery +9
Str 12 (+1), Dex 18 (+4), Con 12 (+1), Int 12 (+1), Wis 14 (+2), Cha 10 (+0)
Other Items composite shortbow, arrows (20), thieves' tools, inflitrator, virtuoso flute, potion of Cure Wounds (Minor), silver earrings (worth 25 sp for t he pair), journal, 6 pouches of silver dust worth 50 sp each, 8 pouches of copper dust worth 5 sp each, 10 gp
--------------------
AC 21; Fort +8; Ref +11; Will +9
HP 41 Hero Points 1
--------------------
Speed 35 feet
Melee [1] fist +9 (agile, finesse, nonlethal), Damage 1d6+1 bludgeoning
Melee [1] wolf jaw +9 (agile, backstabber, finesse, nonlethal), Damage 1d8+1 piercing
Ranged [1] composite shortbow +9 (deadly d10, propulsive, range increment 60 feet, reload 0), Damage 1d6 piercing
Feats Ancestral Paragon, Assurance (acrobatics), Assurance (religion), Elven Weapon Familiarity, General Training, Incredible Initiative, Stunning Fist, Wolf Stance
Other Abilities flurry of blows, mystic strikes, powerful fist
So I decided not to grab the Rogue dedication feat, because one of the stances, Wolf Stance, does exactly what his strategy is. He'll take an action to get into Wolf Stance and use his goblin minions to get backstab for his wolf strikes. He'll also use his high acrobatics skill to dance around the battlefield, tumbling around to make sure reactions won't be used against him. In addition, when against a group of spellcasters, he'll use his Flurry of Blows to use Stunning fist on them to ensure they don't use their more powerful magics. Much like his 1e counterpart, he will attempt to run away if his HP reaches 10 (instead of 8) or if all the goblins are dead.
I ended up not giving him the Bracers of Armor to replace his +1 ring of protection since those are such high level items while in a low level setting currently.

so yeah, that's my first attempt at a conversion. I'm looking forward to some of the others, I do have some ideas as to what to do for most of the characters, though there's a few that I know I'll have trouble with (such as Koruvus and Bruthazmus)
Male Shirren Technomancer 2; Stamina 12/12, HP 16/16, resolve 5/5, Fort +1, Ref +2, Will +4, EAC 13, KAC 14; Spells left: 1st (3) Cache (1)
Yeah, I think I will go with Eoxian, especially since they are our clients for the time-being. Not to mention it would be interesting to listen in on conversation and secretly tell you guys without their knowledge. :P
I like to imagine on the way down, Valorus was using both his computers at the same time. One to teach him Eoxian and the other that's basically "Flying ships for Dummies" and when he decides to learn about the other he just shifts his attention.
okay, so this is more of a slight annoyance than anything else, but using the OOC in brackets [] act really weird when using the return button. The other tags will continue downward when you hit Return this is
An example of that
however, OOC tags don't follow these rules. instead the first line gets OOC'd
but after you hit Return it stops doing ooc even after you have the tags after that line
As you can see with this picture, I used the preview to show exactly what I did. https://image.prntscr.com/image/1Kz0IfFKQuyB_T_-4xAs-g.png
Again, this is more of an annoyance than anything else, and likely isn't high priority.
Dodge 3, Parry 2, Fortitude 3, Toughness 3/7*, Will 8
Okay, so the character that probably inspired my character the most was the heroine, Razzle Dazzle. Her Quirk, Firework, was the ability to cast bright explosions that would ascend towards the sun or in the exact opposite direction of the sun if it was at night. All in all, not quite a useless Quirk, but what inspired Shu is her ability to think quickly in situations and use her quirk in pretty creative ways.
Not only did she use it for distractions, but she was able to utilize the ability to get the drop on many otherwise superior foes. It's also obvious she loves the attention, always with a warm gentle smile on her face.
Dodge 3, Parry 2, Fortitude 3, Toughness 3/7*, Will 8
okay, so I'm gonna do something similar to Oracle from Persona 5. link here
Although with a few differences, main one being, I'm not playing a girl. :P
For descriptor sake, that means that he's going to have spandex, with an undershirt underneath it, not that you'd see it. It covers the full body, except it will leave the fingers uncovered (another difference from Oracle's costume), so that way when he goes Level Two, he can shoot out his lightning abilities. In addition, he has eyewear (the Flash Goggles) that just looks cooler than it actually functions, but it can stop Dazzle effects.
I'm also gonna say that he has an antenna and microphone on the side of his eyewear. I say that CICADA will likely be in the eyewear. (I'm also adding Commlink to my list of equipment, but that won't cost me any PP, since I've had 4 ep to work with...also yeah, I could've just used my Cellphone, but I like this too.)
Dodge 3, Parry 2, Fortitude 3, Toughness 3/7*, Will 8
The way I played it, you put the point into the main power of the array, and the other powers can be updated as well for free, as they all come from the same source of power.
As far as earning points, we get those as story rewards from GM, whenever they deem it earned. And the more points we get, eventually we level up our power level, which allows us to get even stronger powers.
----
Now for a question of my own, what about CICADA for me? Is he allowed to exist, since he's a pain in the neck and won't stop bugging me to be a better person and blah blah blah
You really should stop mocking someone when they're floating right beside you
Yeah yeah yeah. So like I asking about my uh...situation here
So I'll be honest, I had completely forgotten about Alternative Effects and how they can be used to use the same points for something else. So I redid my character sheet slightly. I also hated how I didn't have any expertise skills so I added a couple too.
Complications
Motivation: Doing Good: This is CICADA's motivation. A built in set of morals means that he can't help but try to answer the call when someone asks for help, too bad that Shu might not feel the same way.
Motivation: Recognition: This is Shu's motivation. While he would rather do things the easy way, he still wants to be recognized for his ability and his effort.
Quirk: Life hack is actually two beings in one, CICADA and Shu. CICADA is the source of all of their powers, though the Heroic Form cannot be activated unless the two are emotionally in sync. Problem is both of them are exact opposites in almost every way.

Shu Q. Megami was born under a scientist and a doctor. They had high hopes for him, especially when his Quirk manefested into CICADA. Though Shu would rather do things the easy way than the right way, which is a complete opposite of CICADA who has a bigger set of morals and moral code. Because of this, both of them tend to bicker a lot.
The way their powers work is that CICADA can possess an object and give it a voice. Likewise, I created Machine Control based off of Mind Control, so they do have a lot of expertise in that department, but their super form is something that I plan on upgrading as time goes on. Each upgrade requiring more and more from the duo. Likewise, the super form is when CICADA possesses Shu. Both of them combine their abilities into one being, problem is these two have to be emotionally in sync (like what the complication mentions), basically think the Crystal Gem fusion in Steven Universe (wasn't where the inspiration from where this character comes from, but it's a good fit none-the-less).
