Okay, I just picked this up for $23 to my door. I am basing my rating on this price.
All three had good paint jobs and well applied decals. Nice sculpts and look to be sturdy for tt use. I would not pay full MSRP, but I am cheap.

Okay the fleet arrived today and I will give my ratings based on the prices that are being listed all over. The castings are very nice with crisp details that give a very eerie feel to these beasts. Painting is good, tabletop level and would cause no one any embarrassment. I found the set for $13 shipped, I have seen prices commonly from the mid 20s on up to full MSRP. So here is my opinion on quality vs price:
Under $20, grab it! 5 Stars
Under $30 4 Stars
Over $30 3 stars due to paint and overall value.

Got mine today and am very impressed. Read it through cover to cover and wow, does this ever fill in gaps that were glaring. Some new goodies that will be very welcome, especially for beefing up a Solarian. Will probably get the PDF too to have it handy.
Okay, I had gotten the Icon #2 pack and was not totally impressed. i found one of these on sale, so I figured I would pick it up expecting to repaint the minis. However, the one I got has very good paint jobs on the minis, the only thing that is not clear are the android "glow lines" on our favorite android. However a bright ultrafine Sharpie will take care of that. Detail is good, with minimal flash lines, with the Shirren an especially well detailed mini. Very pleased with the improvements seen in this pack over the previous one.
Okay, just got it in, long time table top game player and painter [40+ years]. First, the detail is GOOD on these minis. Painting was spotty, my Vesk had an excellent paint job, while my Lashunta was poorly done. The other pieces had acceptable paint jobs, but the Lashunta will have to be repainted. Material choice is good, a nice balance of being a little flexible to protect thin pieces from breaking and stiff enough for good detail. Overall, I am satisfied with the set.
