This is the closest I could find for a faerie dragon.

Riddywhipple chuckles as they leave the temple. "Oh, Cirri. They don't even need the-" "Riddy! Show some respect!" Cirri snaps back. Riddy falls silent and keeps the secret to himself. Only his grin gives away the truth.
"How much vinegar does she bathe in, anyway? She could start a new volcano if she had enough baking soda! Mmmmpf!" A tentacle wraps around his mouth.
"Cirri's sarcastic? Oh, you done goofed now!" Riddywhipple chuckles. "Ow but these tentacles are stifling me, help"
Riddywhipple squirms against the tentacles. "Ah, the sooner you finish her the sooner this message ends. Er... help!"
Riddywhipple casts grease upon the Red skeleton's falchion, hoping it drops the goods.
Riddywhipple flies to the door and shrieks as he sees Abaal's body. "That... that wasn't funny at all!" He tries to cast grease on the Red Skeleton's falchion, hoping it becomes to slippery too hold.
"That wasn't even funny." Riddywhipple mourns.
Everyone, listen carefully. I know where our assailant lies! Riddywhipple uses his powers of telepathy before casting Greater Invisibility on himself. Follow my directions. Here is where the attacker is. He grabs one of Cirri's wands.
"Hmm? Oh yes, this bugbear liked the name Cirri so much she ate the original." Riddy laughs. "I swore fealty to the bugbear so she wouldn't kill me! But now that you're here, the Great Abaal, I feel safe!" Sense Motive DC 11:
This is the perfect time for a prank. Cirri grumbles and grabs a chair to shield herself with as Riddywhipple breaks into full blown laughter.
Someone must be using this space. Riddywhipple's telepathy reaches out to the party as and he and Cirri look at the atrium. Keep your wits about you- someone must be here. That waitress and her allies, perhaps?
"Did anyone notice how that robed woman sounded like the waitress we met? Ateji Kimie?" Riddywhipple flails about. "So we just gave our intent away to a crazy cultist who probably doesn't want people snooping around." His giggle echoes throughout the forest. "That's all. Carry on."
"Well, it's quite a cherished name. More like a title, really. Faeriedragons like myself love the name. It rolls off your tongue. Rid-dy-whip-le!" He giggles. "Of course, anyone can play skipping stones, and you're supposed to play it on ground level. Key word supposed." He continues to spin a tale of contests and adventure.
"Riddywhipple is the name!" The tiny dragon returns a tiny bow. "I won this name in a gambit, actually." Riddywhipple decides to fill the empty space with some rambling. "Now, my old name. Well, I can't really mention it. There was a delightful fairy who challenged me to a game of skipping stones. Now, she didn't want to play the regulation rules, of course. She opted for the Finnster variant where you toss them across the pond, then you catch them in the wind. Now I agreed to the game, but then she pulled out a gale leaf. You wind that back and forth and a tornado breaks forth!. I knew she had poor eyesight though, so I found a golden needle and threaded it through her leaf. She had no idea what she was in for!" He continues rambling.
"Why yes, you can call me Riddy-" Riddy pauses as Abaal glares at him. "Ahem. You can also call me Riddy for short. You should ask Cirri to spar at some point- she's quite good with a quarterstaff." He skitters behind the Magus, practically pushing her ahead.
"Greetings, everyone. Call me Riddywhipple. Pleased to meet you all. Hopefully with less poison this time."
*ahem* And Cirri has a familiar. A pseudodragon!
"Well, that's one way to do it. Good show." Riddywhipple eventually pops out of invisibility and claps.
Riddywhipple stays quiet as the head speaks. "Maybe we can do this soul reuniting stuff when we get home. I'm worried about Cirri."
Cirri? Riddywhipple telepathically speaks out. No response.
Riddywhipple makes the best of it and tries to heal Nella.
RIddywhipple stays near the portal and reactivates his Greater Invisibility.
Riddywhipple takes a look.
"He's trying to banish Obtrivi back to the Material Plane. You definitely scared him!"
Riddywhipple lands invisible near Cirri and tries to heal himself, but the wand fails. Stupid hellscape!
"Ah, this might get rough."
Riddywhipple regrets those scroll scratches. Now they strike and are way worse.
Riddywhipple sees the fireball coming. He quickly hides behind the scroll wall and watches it burst and fizzle in front of him. Still invisible, Riddywhipple flies up to Cirri and tries to heal some of her terrible burn wounds.
"That was just an illusion?" Riddywhipple shudders, then applies the wand to Cirri again.
"How frightening!"
Riddywhipple continues heal duty.
Cirri recovers a bit more from her heart attack.
Meanwhile, Riddywhipple readies his wand.
Riddywhipple applies a tiny amount of healing to CIrri. "Cirri, my dear. Hold fast! You're our best hope right now!"
"Uh... not sure what to do here." Riddywhipple uses the Spell-like ability, Greater Invisibility and grabs Cirri's wand of Cure Light Wounds. It may come in handy soon...
RIddywhipple scratches his own back. Doesn't feel as good as the tattoos, but the scrolls are apparently bad for him. Fine. Zarta rambles on about the history of Thrune or something when he hears something frightening. "D-do you hear that? To the northwest- something's moving!" He gives Zarta a worried look. "Your presence triggered... something around this battleground."
Riddywhipple flies through the scroll and it scratches his wing in just the right spot. He's not paying attention when inhales a bunch of gas.
The gas withers his body as he suffers its full effects. "Oh no, more gas. I hate this stuff..." He lands on Cirri's shoulder, exhausted.
"But it scratches the itch below my right wing. It's so comfortable." Riddywhipple emerges covered in ink.
"I'll help!" Riddywhipple pulls out his coat, hat and mask.
As Obtrivi causes a ruckus, Riddywhipple emerges with a pike of copied scrolls. "Well, that was easy." "Cirri, let me help you read these scrolls."
"Well then. That's settled."
"The Pathfinder Society is a lot of fun." Riddywhipple lands on Cirri's shoulder. "Plus the Grand Lodge all the snacks you could eat!"
Ophelia, as a spirit, doesn't really eat.
"Do you know how hard it is to pin Rowane's pins to dragon scales?" RIddywhipple yells from the back.
"Cirri, give me that!" Riddywhipple ignores Cirri's squawking and grabs Nouri's contract. "Narsino Gabet! You are no one's property! We have Kirash Nouri’s contracts and they are null and void. Do not attack us!"
"Well, let's see here..." Riddywhipple pulls out a pair of glasses. "Okay then, check this line out. And over here."
"You know what say- I scratch your back, you scratch mine. Or was it an eye for an eye? I like the backscratching one more." Riddywhipple returns with his coat and hat. "You wish to speak to Rowane sometime this century, we can arrange that. But what can you offer us?"
All of this soul talk is too much for RIddywhipple. He breaks character to fly outside and take a deep breath.
"10,000 gold pieces...hmmm." Riddywhipple thinks. "We could barter the wings of flying. Or we could try to win the diamond- that was worth 10,000 right?"
"Just the facts, ma'am." Riddywhipple continues his trenchcoat and hat routine, scribbling madly in to a notepad. "We're on orders to investigate Leventi right before his final review. We have the writ on hand if you need it."
"Well Sweetheart, let's see. While you could have our souls, why not instead see what's behind door number 1?"
Riddywhipple flies up to Cirri but almost slams into her, ruining the bit. "This place seriously cramps my style..."
"Ah, I see, I see." He adjusts his hat and takes a few notes. "Any details you can fill about his methods of procurement?"
"We're under orders to look into a situation involving Leventi and his upcoming promotion." Riddywhipple puts on miniature sunglasses, a coat and hat. "We're looking for character witnesses, and we heard you would be able to put a good word for him. How long have you known him? What are his methods?" He motions for the party to show Vetrivedes's writ.
Riddywhipple makes his mental notes.
"Artinean Tecbright really wants to buy unsullied food and drink. I wonder if he misses the taste of mortal food..."
He ponders. "Cirri, we came here to get Gellius Thrune, right?"
"You can't spell familiar without family. Well, almost. I guess that means I'm almost family!" Riddywhipple laughs upon Cirri's shoulder. "Cirri's not too bad, she lets me play pranks and scratches my belly when I claim to be sick. I mean, when I am sick."
"Tholvinus, are you listening? Or were you expecting someone else to rescue you? Alexandyr wasted 6 good arrows on you, you could at least explain what's going on."
"The only thing I want is a cool bath." Riddywhipple shudders. "But as he said, we're looking for Leventi, or at least information on his contracts. We heard you were an expert on this."
"Oh really, Cirri?" Riddywhipple seems curious. "Fine. I'm the brain, and you're the brawn. Let's ask around. Someone must know where Jarluxis is. Just warn me if I'm about to sell my soul away."
