Is there any chance we're playing an encounter from the wrong tier? I mean, 2 of the party are panicked and the rest of us just took 40 dmg on a DC 21 Reflex save. I failed it and am dropped in 1 hit. Valandil posted an action, but he's also unconscious. Hydris has 5 hp. This is a TPK. reflex: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15 EDIT: I forgot I have false life up, which absorbed some of the dmg. Yeah, we need to rest for sure. We ALL took negative levels (that was touch AC to hit), and a couple of us took 4 levels. We're going to be pretty crippled without rest, and I don't think there will be any negative consequence to resting, except we all use an extra trail ration.

A particularly demonic-looking tiefling sizes up the others. Though her features are unsettling, perhaps the worst is that her hair seems to have a life of its own. Strands of her hair move and writhe of their own accord, as if she were a medusa with a head full of snakes.
It appears she is quite serious. A hermit crab emerges from her hair and bobbles about, wearing a shell and clacking its pincers, happy in its home.
