I thought about that too, Miss Grilgoth, says Belayneh stroking his white beard, but Mister Dreng said that the two were misbehaving, and from what I've understood the role of Bloomgivers is something reserved for the most notable youths of the village.

Even so, they may have given them the role just because they're the Major's protegeé, or to give them a chance to do good. Excuse me one second, esteemed colleagues.

An old man in robes enters the lodge. He seems a bit lost and out of place, and is looking for someon, or something. He stops a maid and asks her something, the girl points him to your group and the elder quickly trots toward you.

"Hello, hello young ones" he says to you while approaching, his voice is surprisingly full of energy, "You must be the party I was told to look for in here. My name is Ephram, servant of Pharasma. I've been many things in my long life, but mostly I tended to the ill, the wounded, and the deceased at the High Temple here in Sothis.
