Yikes, this is a MAJOR privacy violation and I'm concerned that you've not had any replies to it. Can anyone confirm this is fixed? I don't want to chance my personal data appearing in someone else's library.

Upon closer inspection of the watermark, it looks like it’s the name and company email address of a Paizo Employee.

None of the other files I’ve downloaded from the new library even have a *visible* watermark, so I’m guessing this is an artifact of the old system, used for internal testing, or just a mistake.

I get the same result on every download, and it’s still an issue. I’m sure they will correct it soon, but they have bigger fish to fry, so I’ll be patient.

I purchased the PDF version of "Starfinder X Warframe Operation Orias" yesterday. It still hasn't appeared in my library.

Hey Paizo Team - The new Store looks great! Here are some bugs I've run across so far...

In the Library -

1. There is no differentiator in the name to know what multiple downloads for a product are - for example - the same name is listed for 'single file' and 'file-per-chapter' versions of products.

2. When multi-selecting products to download, only the last selected product is downloaded. Assuming the expected behavior is to download a .zip file with all selected products?

3. Downloading 'Player Core 2' specifically, the PDF is formated improperly - each page is displayed as a spread with the right side blank - Could be an issue with just this file?, The version in the legacy site looks fine.

Still unable to download the Jpgs as of today.

Any one else not able to download the .jpg versions for Monster Core Battle Cards from their Digital Assets page?

I downloaded the pdf without a problem, but the .jpg download just spins for a second and the nothing.

Hey a heads up to Paizo- The digital download .jpg version currently has only the fist half of the deck.

Love the book! The pdf version seems a bit hefty at nearly 350 MB. It also doesn’t include the poster map currently. Any chance of a new download?

I got access to my downloads for this product today, but unfortunately, I'm only getting 143 and 173 byte broken file archives. Regenerating the download does not help. Could you please fix this? Thank you!

Thank you all for your patience. We've identified a bug in which sometimes new carts are set to draw inventory from the wrong warehouse. So even though adding products to said carts does work, the carts immediately remove the products that are unavailable from whichever warehouse each cart is expecting to use.

We've opened a ticket to fix the bug. In the meantime - Mark, David, and Cronax - I've reset your current carts to the correct warehouse. It's not a permanent workaround, but it should allow you to use your current carts. If the same thing happens again, please feel free to post here again, and we'll apply the workaround again.

Got my subscription pdf copy yesterday. This book is awesome! I did notice the the large version fold out map was not included at the end of the pdf as has been the custom with other products with included maps.

So I happened to get the PDF's/Digital Jpegs of these early and I noticed that several of the Jpegs are very poor quality. The artwork itself is very pixilated.

Good example is comparing Card 24 (Azarketi Explorer) jpeg verses the one in the pdf. That isn't the only example though there are several super-pixelated ones.

Yup- Confirmed. The same thing happened with the JPGs for the first set. Paizo was able to get it fixed pretty quickly though so I’m sure the download will be updated.

Based on my subscription set I should be getting free pdfs of both Starfinder and Pathfinder Society scenarios, but I seem to only be getting the Pathfinder ones pretty consistently over the last several months. Can you check this out and correct the issue?

I just got my order confirmation email for Order 36291909. The listed shipping method on both packages are not correct. The the two packages are set to Standard Postal and USPS Priority Mail respectively.

The order should be shipped via UPS Ground Service per my subscription shipping preferences.

You assume Paizo's setup has the capability for them to clone user settings to a new account. I do not hold that to be true.

That may be the case, I don’t really know. Worst case they could copy settings manually. I mean - what’s the alternative? Leave it broken forever? Maybe Ignore and hope it goes away? Not being flip- it fixed itself for me seemingly spontaneously, so who knows...

You would think that even if there is no in-house expertise, they would have some kind of vendor support available to assist them.

Edit: Scratch that, my SO had logged into it on Chrome. It's localized to my account and not hers.

One reason that people using the same browser I am using to reach Paizo servers might be having problems is that they might have one setting on that browser set differently than I do. They may be disallowing or blocking, with a single check mark, something that I don't have checked.

How is Paizo supposed to know their browser settings so they can "emulate" the user?

And it might be that they're using some other software or add on that is misconfigured and causing them to have problems when I don't.

How is Paizo supposed to know what antivirus software (and all the settings) and add-ons (and all the settings) that each person who is having problems is using.

If it's a configuration issue, why isn't it affecting everyone using those browsers and OSs? Why is my identical browser and OS allowing me to log in without having any problems when other people, using the same version of Firefox and Win10 repeatedly have problems?

I didn’t say browser settings. I was referring to server-side user account settings, which are totally under Paizo’s control.

Client-side settings (AV, add-ons, installed software etc... are clearly not a factor since the issue is consistent across different devices, browsers, OS’s, networks, and even connecting to different ISPs.

The reason different users have different results/experiences is due to server-side differences in their user account configurations.

When I had the issue, it was consistent across different devices, browsers, OS’s, networks, and even connecting to different ISPs. This really feels like a configuration issue on the Paizo side, affecting users that meet whatever criteria causes the issue, and not affecting users that don’t.

I have been having these issues for about a month now, multiple browsers, multiple OS’s, multiple devices... Suddenly tonight, everything is working properly again.

In my current campaign, I give out Hero Points as described in the rules, except replace ‘session’ with ‘campaign’ and ‘every hour’ with ‘when earned’ I allow the points to be carried over session to session. You still have to cash them all in to cheat death.

It seems like the new digital files are corrupt The zips are very small and I cannot unzip them. Seems to be both the PDFs and the JPGs.

For anyone else having this issue, It appears to be fixed now. I was able to get the correct files after clicking the ‘refresh my downloads’ button on the Digital Assets page.

Update: The digital assets for this product have been updated to include JPGs for easier use with VTTs, in addition to the original PDF(s). If you already have the digital version of this product, you should be able to download the updated version from the Digital Content section of your account at your convenience. Enjoy!

Yeah I've checked Junk/Spam folders. I'm in IT, so I am a little Savvy about this kind of thing. It is strange, because I do get other messages from Paizo (product release announcements, newsletters, Store receipts, etc.). I did think of another couple of examples though - Even one from today!

1. No notifications when Map products were recently updated with images

2. Advanced Player's Guide Character Sheet Pack was updated today, but I did not get an email.

A high level of entitlement has been detected in this thread. Just an observation.
Paizo’s Customer Support has been historically fantastic. I agree they have hit a rough patch, but I have full confidence that they will get through it.
With everything going on right now there are surely a great number of difficulties which we are unaware of.
