Aron takes a deep breath, sheathing his sword and absently rubbing his hands together. "Yes. Every extra soldier could be crucial to turning the tide."

I think I'm good.

"She... she's not?" Aron takes a deep breath and some of the tension seems to leave his body as his shoulders slump. "Thank the Inheritor..."

I had forgotten that. I really should make sure to check the map before every action. I'll go after the high priest then. I'm assuming that needs a charge or a double move to get to the guy.

"I'll be alright," Aron says before Sosiel moves off. "Keep Captain Bishop alive." He strikes again, focused on taking down his foe as quickly as possible.

Confirm was for the sword attack. Sorry, forgot to label it.

Aron breathes a sigh of relief. "Perfect timing." He keeps the pressure on the high priest, emboldened now that their reinforcements have overrun the enemy troops.

"I appreciate the healing love, but you really need to learn that trick that keeps you from healing our enemies at the same time..." He considers the fight for a moment, then he steps back to get out of the middle of the swarm of cultists and ghostly weapons and to get closer to Sosiel. He lashes out at the refreshed high priest again, hoping to keep him off them until they can come up with something else.

That would be the one.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Okay, I swear I saw that I took like 20 damage from a crit, but now I'm not seeing it and you have higher health recorded for me that I was tracking. Am I just crazy, or did something chance and I missed it?

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Too late to edit so...

Shield Bash (Bless, Grazed): 1d20 + 9 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (12) + 9 + 1 - 1 = 21
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

So he does. I had forgotten that. He doesn't have Improved Shield Bash though, so I would be taking a small AC penalty for the attack. Still, probably worth it overall. Can I edit in the shield bash?

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Aron's eyes dart between the two cultists next to him and the high priest trapped between Markus's wasps. He'd much rather be driving his sword in to the man who killed his sister, but he's a bit preoccupied with the men bearing down on him already. He goes for the already injured high priest, his sword flashing down again. "First you, then your boss," he vows.

Attack (Bless, Grazed): 1d20 + 11 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (7) + 11 + 1 - 1 = 18
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8

"NO! ANNABELLE!" Everything seems to go still for a moment as he watches her body tumble down. His eyes lock on the man he just watched blow half his only family's body apart. "I'm going to gut you, you b*stard!" His companions' shouts ring in his ears and his hands tremble slightly. He desperately wants to tear the man apart, but the thought of facing down another Hezrou is as chilling as a bucket of cold water thrown in his face. He charges priest Nurah points out, his sword

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (8) + 11 = 19 Not sure if there's anyone close enough to AoO when I move, but I should probably roll this just in case.

I'm sorry, I completely missed that it was my turn somehow. Posting now.

Well, Aron doesn't know that. A necromancer, he is not.

Well, at least this time I know what I'm going to do on this turn :P

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

"No time for questions," Aron mutters. He ducks his head low and charges forward, keeping his head covered with his shield to protect his eyes from the searing flames. He endures the blaze and does his best to drive his sword in to the heart of one of the summoners. "This ends now."

Attack (CHARGE!, Prayer): 1d20 + 11 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 11 + 2 + 1 = 15 Son of a b*tch!
Fumble?: 1d20 + 11 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 11 + 2 + 1 = 20

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

I kind of feel dumb that I keep asking, but Aron doesn't have many tricks and I'm not used to playing him. Any suggestions? Because at this point all I've really got is either keep fighting the cultists or bum rush through the wall and tank the flames hoping that it doesn't deal too much damage so I can try to get at one of the summoners.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Retrospectively, it would have been a good safety cushion for Ary to Rally on her turn rather than holding entirely.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

"I'm ready."

Hold until Sosiel can attempt to dispel

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Aron immediately charges through the gap, shield braced against incoming attacks and sword raised to strike the cultists as they try to hold the line against the crusader army.

Attack (Charge, Prayer): 1d20 + 11 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 11 + 2 + 1 = 15
Damage (Prayer): 1d6 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 5 + 1 = 11

Aron looks to the swirling clouds and you can see his complexion pale, even more than usual. "We're running out of time," he murmurs. "We need to hurry, before it's too late. Markus! Whenever you can give us an opening would be very helpful!"

Hold turn

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Yeah, I'm just going to wait.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Yeah, that was kind of my worry. At this point, I might want to just tank the fort save and hope that I don't get screwed. Though, since it's going to be at least a double move to get through their lines anyway, I'm not exactly going to be doing anything once I get through, so I'm not going to lose anything waiting for Markus to drop the spell.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

How high is the wall of blindness? Maybe it can be jumped or something.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

So... does anyone have any advice other than just go help the army at the line? Because I don't see much to do right now.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

So are we pretty much out of cultists other than the defensive line?

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Cleansed of the spores, Aron hurries to join the rest of the group engaging the heavily armored cultists. The fact that it puts him further from the summoning is simply a fortunate bonus.

Attack (Bless, Prayer): 1d20 + 11 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 11 + 1 + 1 = 31
Damage (Prayer): 1d6 + 5 + 1 + 3d6 ⇒ (6) + 5 + 1 + (1, 6, 5) = 24

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Aron follows Irabeth, maneuvering around so the commander is between them If possible, then jumps down to drive his sword in to the fallen commander. "Sooner would be better than later," he says under his breath, his eyes constantly darting in the direction of the ritual.

Attack (Flanking, Prayer): 1d20 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 11 + 2 = 19
Damage: 1d6 + 5 + 1 + 3d6 ⇒ (4) + 5 + 1 + (1, 6, 5) = 22

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Aron grabs the bag and digs around for one of the vials of holy water. "Hezrou demons..." He pulls out one of the vials and pours them over the spores, washing the demonic vines off his body. "The demons of filth. They're the ones we... met in Nerosyan. We need to stop them from being summoned, otherwise the army will be devastated."

Not sure what kind of actions I need to treat the spores. I'm assuming move to get out the holy water and standard to remove the spores.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Aron goes pale, his hands shaking slightly. "Oh Inheritor no..." he breathes, barely loud enough to hear over the din of the battle around. "Not these again."

I legitimately forgot what Crusader did... oops. Well, more damage is always good.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

RALLY Fort Save (Prayer, Crusader): 1d20 + 5 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 5 + 1 + 1 = 21

Aron feels the shriek tear through his body, but Ary's words strength his resolve and he pushes through. Hearing Irabeth's shout, he surges forward, staying low to try to avoid the vrock's claws and his blade aimed straight for the vrock's exposed back. He aims for the meeting between it's arms and it's back, hoping to hamper the demon's movement

Attack (Bond, CHARGE!, Flanking, Prayer): 1d20 + 11 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 11 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 = 24
Damage? (Bond, Prayer): 1d6 + 5 + 2 + 1 + 3d6 ⇒ (5) + 5 + 2 + 1 + (1, 6, 1) = 21
If he hits, I'll apply the Disoriented condition to try to weaken his attacks next round
Acrobatics (Prayer): 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 11 + 1 = 29 Almost forgot this...

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Can I still use the rally on the saving throw?

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Aron guides his horse around the vrock, being careful to stay our of the reach of it's claws, just in case it's quick enough to lash out at him as he moves. He drops to the ground, sword in hand and ready to move in.

Moving so I can flank the vrock with Irabeth, but only going to move in to melee once she does so we can flank the thing

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Unless I'm forgetting a point when a ruling changed this, you do realize that Intruder's End is a Counter Maneuver, right? It's not something you have to set and then hope you need this round. You spend an immediate action to use it, so ideally you save it for an opponent's turn, then use it to interrupt their movements.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Aron pushes forward with the army, his sword in one hand and the other guiding his horse at the head of the charge.

Pretty much the same as Irabeth. I'll try to stay near Ary or Irabeth, whoever plunges in to the melee first, so I can tag team with them.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Aron's heels dig in to his horse's flanks as Ary calls out.

It feels silly, but basically the same as Irabeth. Like I said, it makes more sense to move with the rest of the party with Aron's tactics.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

"Thank you love," Aron says quietly. "You stay safe out there as well, alright?"

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

"Good shot," Aron says appreciatively as Markus unleashes his power on the barriers. "Let's get in there and wrap this up quickly then."

Since Aron's tactics are a lot about flanking and fighting with his allies, I'll hold until Ary signals the charge.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

No worries. I was out of town visiting friends, so it was kind of to my benefit to not have much to do over the weekend.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

I agree with leaving a guard on the supplies and not leaving them a full 40 minutes away. The rest of the plan seems alright, but I'm just kind of sitting here waiting for the strategic minds to work out the details.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Alright, I'm good with this plan as well. Sorry if I don't seem to contribute as much to these planning sessions, but you guys are so much better at it then me. It doesn't feel like I can add much when you come up with a big plan.

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

"I think that would be best," Aron agrees, absently rubbing his hands together. "If they come straight at us, siege engines won't be of much use. It's better to be ready to go straight in to the fray."

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

"We have a couple of catapults," Aron says thoughtfully. "Not too useful against infantry, but if we have time to set them up, we can have the circles bombarded from a distance."

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

Since I'm Aron for the moment, does the have anything that can hit the circles?

Male Human (Keleshite) Rogue 5/Low Templar 2 | HP: 58/79 | AC: 20, T: 14, FF: 17 | CMD: 22 | Fort: +5, Reflex: +10, Will: +2 | Init: +4 | Perception: -1

I am totally down for this.
