Time slows to a crawl as practically everyone in the party makes a "false move" (i.e. not doing what she told you to) or rather starts to make one triggering the woman's readied spell.

This interrupts pretty much every action everyone takes including moving away from the blast radius.

She hits everyone with the exception of Rowdy and Poppo.

fireball!: 6d6 + 3 ⇒ (5, 2, 6, 5, 1, 4) + 3 = 26

Reflex DC 17 for half. But you don't have to because....

"Not my call what happens to you. That's for the Chelish naval commander to decide."

It's difficult to say what would happen to the party. Individual interrogation is a certainly. Olandil and Poppo are most-probably heading to the gulag. The group's primary mission--to retrieve Olandil (though your Society superiors never actually explained why)--would end in failure.

Aquavius or anyone else who can make a sense motive check (DC 15):
She seems like a woman of her word (i.e. Lawful).

Aiden stumbles back, away from the mage as he tries to pull out a healing potion.

"Drop the potion! Everyone drop everything! You over there shorty," the quintet of mages call to Poppo. "surface this tub now!" Readies to cast.

Looking beat, Poppo begins to steer the whale to the surface.

What do you wanna do?

On the upside...she has to run out of spells eventually...

"Uh uh. I know what you're thinking. 'Did she fire two fireballs or only one?' Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself. But being this is fireball, the most powerful spell in the journeyman evoker's repertoire and would blow your head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya, punk?"

"What's it to be lads?" says the arcanist, forcing her voice to slow down to a more normal speed.

"Oh look, he's found a new friend" laughs the arcanist.

"No, but she's about to get you."

She begins to cast another spell.

spellcraft to ID spell (must be able to see and hear) DC 17:
Scorching ray!

A beam of light extends from her outstretched palm and catches Aiden in the back--searing him!

death ray! v Aiden (ranged touch): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20 fire damage: 4d6 + 3 ⇒ (5, 5, 5, 6) + 3 = 24

Aiden topples like felled tree.

"Heheh!"

spellcraft (must be able to see and hear) DC 18:
Fireball

The women's hands blur with unnatural speed, their voices become a choir of chipmunks. Suddenly there is light and heat and pressure. The air in everyone's lungs begins to burn!

fire damage (Reflex DC 17): 6d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 6, 4, 2, 4) = 21

The whale's sides expand outward, and then spring back into shape as smoke billows up from the blowhole.

dice:
1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

"Well let's highlight the real targets then shall we?" says a septet of identical women floating 5 feet above the damp floor of the whale.

There's a word of magic, and then a sudden flurry of glitterdust all around party.

575, Aquavius, Reggie, Rowdy, Son - Will save DC 15 v glitterdust.

Those who can still see watch as she floats back deeper into the whale.
