I had the pleasure of running this long ago to introduce players to the game, would enjoy bringing a character along for the ride. So I have experience if you have any questions but also enough of a memory lapse to be surprised about what awaits.
Elfa begins summoning reinforcements while Lexicor attempts to fire up at the closest Jinsul Technician but it pings harmlessly off the nearby ledge, causing the creature to turn with clicking mandibles. It clatters to the edge and spots Roddy preparing to climb before gesturing with claws before sending a pair of energy missiles at him. The other Jinsul continue their work on the devices and ritual. "Kadrical, ya yaah ng r'luh, Dhurus, uh'eog ng ah'ehye'drn, na'ah'ehye ya hup fahf ah'lloigshogg." the monstrosity wails behind the group as it swings claws wildly about. That brings up the last 2 for Round 1 and the rest of the party for Round 2. Encounter Round 1/2: Bold may act. Roddy
Jinsul Whiskeybot
Active Conditions:
Terrain Specifics: The features of the earthen terrain remain consistent across all subtiers. Standing columns are 30 feet tall, and creatures can share their spaces with no penalty; Medium or smaller creatures that share a square with a column gain cover. Each column has 100 Hit Points, and hardness 10; if destroyed, it topples away from the last source of damage. Toppled columns function as low walls. Ramps, including the bridge to the center mesa and columns leaning against mesas, function as difficult terrain. All mesas stand 30 feet tall except the center mesa and the one Ailuros leans against, which stand 60 feet tall. Climbing the side of a mesa requires a successful Easy Athletics check. Ailuros’s torso functions as a standing column, while their legs function as toppled columns. If Ailuros’s torso takes 100 damage, they topple over like a 20-foot tall column, unconscious but still alive.
Engineering Phase: Even with Whiskey Bot working on sending pulses over the ship to delatch them, the drones stay on tight causing 1d4 ⇒ 2 damage. --- Helm Phase: The Jinsul ship swings around the back but Lex attempts to keep pace with the more agile ship keeping it in their sights but away from their front arc. --- Gunnery Phase: The Jinsul are unable to fire with the Starfinders just outside of their range, the coilguns straining to against the restraints of the fighter. However, El'zar is absolutely on target as a barrage of missiles crush the port side of the small fighter. The attack exposes a malfunctioning power core and sends their weapons flashing intermittently. --- Drake Status:
Round 3 Initiative.
Starfinders move first. Elfa attempts to ascertain the actions of the Jinsuls to give them the edge but the speedy Jinsul ship is able to outmaneuver the Starfinders again.

Morning, I have not received my Starfinder Society scenarios for quite some time. On my subscription page it says I should have it and I have the 6 qualifying subscriptions. However, the actual complimentary subscription is no longer there. Would it be possible to have this corrected and all the missing scenarios added to my digital downloads? Hard to find the exact dates all my subscriptions started since the change to 2E. But from what is listed on the store I have had 6 qualifiers since October of 2019. Missing 2-09/2-10 through the current scenarios. Thanks,

I have run into a few of those relics here in Japan. Anyways, does anyone have a Skinwalker up for trade I have a Ganzi, Android/Lashunta/Triaxian or Dragonkin/Tiefling/Assimar(SFS), and a handful of non-race boons.
Having a new 'type' of scenario is awesome, makes you think about things that often fall to the wayside like food and EP. I think it has a lot of potential as the Survival scenarios can be more fleshed out with things like Shifty mentioned. I definitely did expect a run in with something fairly sentient but that plant thing with the doe appendage still creeps me out. That and me almost being one of those "lost starfinders" with that eel. It being new and on a fairly nerdy character I was a bit intimidated with making the right choices but that is a good thing. Thank you GM and all the players. (Also, the Dragonbond initiative sharing is super clutch.)

I think this is a lot of it for me too. I see games I want to sign up with but they are on other platforms. The platforms are nice but being able to update all my games in one place is fantastic. I like that I can post on Discord a bit quicker/easier on mobile but I enjoy it for just having a chat.

Do you think a Warpriest (Sword & Board) would be too much of a liability? He spent most of his life in Mendev so this seems interesting, he could prepare spells to help and has a skill check blessing. I can always wait to apply it to him through GMing and choose someone else.

15, 13, 12, 12, 11, 11 Ooof, that is really rough. Let me see if I can come up with something. Blackblades and other similar "special weapon" classes sound thematic to the name but this guy is going to have to avoid the melee to survive long.

This is the Samsaran Inquisitor build I was stirring up. Haven't played an archer in so long I figured I would break one out and Inquisitor sounds interesting. Oof, forgot how heavily feat taxed it is but I mentioned that in the roadmap. Talios Yintargo Crunch:

Mystic Past Life (Inquisitor) You can add spells from another spellcasting class to the spell list of your current spellcasting class. You add a number of spells equal to 1 + your spellcasting class’s key ability score bonus (Wisdom for clerics, and so on). The spells must be t Point-Blank Shot +1 to attack and damage rolls with ranged weapons at up to 30 feet. Stern Gaze +1 (Ex) +1 to Sense Motive and Intimidate. Talios Yintargo Roadmap:
*I honestly find Zen Archer somewhat boring but it circumvents A LOT of the feat tax for being an effective archer opening up more choices for the odd-level feats. I know you don't want the optimal builds for each class but would me dipping in to it for a few levels be viable before going in to Inquisitor. Without it the roadmap is pretty much already set in stone, wanting to be an archer Inquisitor. 3rd: Precise Shot
Will likely make some stat adjustments depending on which direction I go.
Talios Yintargo Background: Talios is an Inquisitor of Erastil who enjoys the countryside but is keenly aware of the dangers of Varisia. In his attempt to protect that simple way of life he ran afoul of a group of goblins that nearly overwhelmed him. It was Koya Mvashti that found him battered and bloody at the gates of Sandpoint. She healed his wounds and he promised to pass the favor along, seeking the gift of healing from his deity. He spent much of his time talking with Koya when not patrolling the roads, often speaking of the brief glimpses of his past lives. Their similar age and enjoyment of heroic stories made them kindred spirits. His past lives all seem to have one clear consistency, serving Erastil regardless of the locale.

Yeah this line is what had me confused as a new Case Subscriber: "Unlike a normal set, which comes with a single premium figure (or scene set) that’s directly tied to the purchase of an entire case of minis, this set features not one, but two different premium products." It implies they are both tied to the purchase of a case but the FAQ doesn't really address what having two means for ordering. Whether you get both, choose, or it is random. I sent an e-mail to customer service but they are likely backlogged as well.

Tallin has his crunch and background below. In summation he is a scholar of ancient civilization and magic with some family secrets. Uses a rapier and spells to inflict debilitating statuses on enemies. Channel Smite will be the next feat he would pick to go in that direction further. With high charisma it also allows him to be a face for the party. Hastur is certainly the most interesting and charismatic Outer God but I can always shift to the more intangible Yog-Sothoth. My history with this AP is mostly a mountain of applications and never getting to run in APs. Only GM them but this specific one I have not GMed. The family are outwardly followers of Nethys and focus their research on ancient civlizations such as Thassilon. However, below the surface they have turned their eyes to the Dark Tapestry with a focus on following Hastur. In the past a family member was driven mad by excerpts of The King in Yellow when investigating a site of ruins linked to Great Elder Ones. Some branches of the family would research to spread the madness while others sought to protect the weak minded from ancient magic. His family dubbed themselves Shepards to the ignorant and focused their attention on containing the powers themselves. Tallin himself prays to Hastur for his power and receives it within maddening whispers. With a goal to master forbidden powers rather than be driven mad...time will tell if Hastur or his cleric will succeed. Having made some breakthroughs on the rune magic of Thassilon Tallin makes for Sandpoint to continue his research. Hero Lab and the Hero Lab logo are Registered Trademarks of LWD Technology, Inc.
