I'm finding these exchanges amusing and familiar. My dragonkin has a biohacker as his bonded partner and she's always asking people to sign waivers when she first meets them.

Do you mean the lady upstairs? I wouldn't call her a friend, necessarily. I only receive my clients from her. All I do is provide first-class transition service from this world to the next.

Sorry, it has been awhile. Dorm and I are bonded. We can communicate telepathically at up to 100ft. And when within 30 feet take our higher initiative result. My bad.

Partner Bond:

A dragonkin can form a permanent bond with one willing non-dragonkin creature. Once this bond is made, a dragonkin cannot form another partner bond unless its current partner dies. A dragonkin and its partner can communicate with each other as if they both had telepathy with a range of 100 feet. In combat, when a dragonkin is within 30 feet of its partner, both creatures roll initiative checks separately and treat the higher result as the result for both of them.

No problem. I have a Dragonkin, too, so I'm kicking myself for forgetting the thing I always have to remind GM's about.

no worries. It just suddenly hit me after round 1 :) (and I think I luckily remembered it)

But yeah, more importantly I'll remember to make use of the telepathy more often for RP/tactical purposes.

Hey guys, I'm going on vacation tomorrow so I'm handing the reins to GM Numbat for a while. Anyone who has played with her knows you're getting an upgrade.

As you likely saw in the gameplay thread, we finished the last encounter and we're ready to move on to the next phase in a day or less, so I assume she'll just wait until then.

I had some technical difficulties yesterday that forced me to realize I was creating Chronicle Sheets in perhaps the least efficient way possible (and tempted me to smash my printer with a hammer.) I have struck on a better way, and should have the sheets available either today or early tomorrow.

One of my many specialties here is "The printer guy" so as a paid professional, at some point every printer needs to have an Office Space minute...

I'm always entertained by things that connect to the wifi, yet have not controls themselves where you can put in things like passwords/codes.

Troubleshooting is basically "Did you unplug it? Turn it off and on? Press the button?"
