Wardstone fragment

Hi.. We just completed ap1 and just noticed the wardstone fragment loot is not in our deck. Is this intentional (ie next pack we see it) or is something missing?

The loot should have been included in the AD1 box. Double-check it and if you still don't see it then contact customer service to get a replacement card.

It is a loot card from AD1 and should have been with it, check to make sure it didn't get mixed with the items (it's the same color and says item on it, easy to misplace)

Is there actually a scenario that grants the Loot?

You get it by permanently closing the Wardstone Chamber.

Wait. Which scenario is that? We totally missed it.

Yup. We had a strange situation tho. The villian was at the location and we ended up completing the whole scenario by cornering him there. Did it end without us getting that loot - since we killed the villain without closing the location.... Didnt really check yet because thats when we noticed it was missing.... Heh

You still close the Villain's Location and perform its When Permanently Closed effect before checking for victory for the scenario. (Page 17 of the WotR rulebook.)

So you get the wardstone for loot on the wardstone legacy scenario. My cards don't say that but it would make sense.

You can get the Wardstone Fragment during the Wardstone Legacy scenario, but it's not the scenario reward, so the scenario card doesn't give it out. It's a reward for closing the Wardstone Chamber location, so *that* card gives it out.
