Uh, for the webmaster types at Paizo: the link to the second preview image is broken - it says “DYN0011-pg2.jpg”. Changing it to “DYN0011-2.jpg’ let me see the page properly. ;)

I really like the swarm of rats below the panels at the bottom of each. That's a really nice touch!

Do they have adventure material in the comics? I heard somewhere that they do. It would be really neat to use these for fleshing out a whole Beginner Box mini-campaign!

Yup! Each issue has adventure/NPC material in addition to the 22 page comic story.

They're trapped in Ravenswatch prison. They were ambushed last issue and are now wounded, tired, and down to their last spells. The dire rats are a small threat at the start of this issue, not the 'main event'. These are just preview pages of the start, after all.

While trekking through an adventure I assume your adventuring group would fight threats both big and small. Just because the iconics fought a young black dragon one time doesn't mean they'll never fight anything less than that ever again. :P

The trailgaunt is awesome!! Kudos!

I have to say all of the Lost Coast material that has been presented is great, and has really added quite a bit to the whole region. There is something about these "vignettes" that are really capturing the feel of the Lost Coast. Note, I say this from someone who has been around since the beginning.
