It's not easy. The trick is using magnetic bases on the miniatures, and you also need little trays for your dice. (And don't get me started on drinks at the table!)

The caption states "packed" but it's mistaken. There is clearly half a room they can stack people sideways in. Perhaps Paizo is not as efficient as I thought they were.
