SLIDES & STUFF

This is the recruitment thread for PFS 1e #6-10: The Wounded Wisp. Saving a spot for IronPerenti. So I will take five more players. I will keep recruitment open for the next few days until we get enough players. If we get more than six players, it will be GM choice so I can choose a good, balanced party.

Posting expectations is once per weekday and once per weekend. However, if you can do more than one post in a day, it will make the game go quicker and sometimes smoother, especially during combat and tense moments.

I've checked: I haven't actually played Wounded Wisp yet! I can use the following characters to fill out the party:

Level 1:

Cazithiel, speedy Elf Cleric
Findlefarb, prankster Gnome Bard
Eveleth, mad Half-Orc Aberrant Sorcerer
Tannaralirul, sneaky Wayang Unchained Rogue

Level 2:

Traceni Skrit, mystic Human Nature Oracle 1 / Fey-Serpentine Sorcerer 1
Copper Tam, mobility fighter Inquisitor 1 / Unchained Monk 1
Quazel Karn, melee Inquisitor 1 / Skald 1

I'm happy to fill whatever role is needed.

Silver Crusade

I'll be available if you need another player. If you get enough to fill a table without me please go ahead. :)
I think kaervek and grimdog73 will signup so that gets the table halfway there.

I have:
L2 Arcanist
L2 Barbarian/Cleric (Yes you read that correctly.)
L1 Currently Bloodrager but might/could be something else.

Oh cool, i was called out by name. Thank you muchly.

I call you names all the time, doesn't that count? ;)

If you need one more I could play one of the iconics with a class you would like to help round out the party.

Horizon Hunters

1 person marked this as a favorite.

This is ironperenti. I’m having account issues on my laptop. As soon as customer service resolves it i will update this profile to a level one fighter.

Grand Lodge

Wrong John Silver here. I'll choose this character.

Grand Lodge

grimdog73 here..i'll be using this guy here.. so frontliner secured...just gotta fiddle with gear after last game..but otherwise good to go as is...

I decided that I will be sending a brand new character, an Investigator, to cover the scouting needs of the party.

If I fail to create them until the game starts, I'll use the pregen iconic Investigator Quinn instead.

Since the party looks like 3 frontliners and a cleric perhaps an unchained rogue to do the scouting and in case of traps?

Investigators also can work traps like rogues, so they should still function well in this role.

Ooooh. Investigator looks cool. I don't think I've ever seen one in play.

Looks like we have:
Wrong John Silver
Ironperenti
grimdog73
Shadow Dragon
GM_Drake
kaervek78

That makes 6. Going to close recruitment now. You may post your PC introduction in Gameplay.

@Ironperenti: If you're having trouble getting access to the paizo boards, try clearing your Paizo cache. Or something like that. I have to do that every couple months since I only use a phone. When you are ready, we'll start soon after.

They do but if he wants to scout I'd prefer an unchained rogue. All Dex (Investigators need Int) which helps in Stealth and a better Disable Device. Plus the free Weapon Finesse, sneak dice, better Acrobatics.

But the Investigator has all Knowledge skills which might be needed since it's a Knowledge-light party.

Grand Lodge

Also, I can double as a scout. I'm not particularly good at stealth, but between the Exploration domain and high Dex, I have a 40' base speed and can see through doors.

I'm not a typical Cleric.

Once everyone has posted their introduction in gameplay, we'll get started.

Cleric (Wrong John Silver - Cazithiel)
Fighter (Grimdog73 - Bartok Grakhan)
Fighter (Ironperenti - Josheb)
Investigator (kaervek78 - ?? (possibly iconic Quinn)

@Shadow Dragon: Which class is the character you are using: Fighter, Barbarian/Cleric, Bloodrager or something else?

@GM Roll4initiative: Is there a particular class (iconic) you would like me to use?

If you have no preference, thinking of possibly using the skald Hakon or Oloch the warpriest of Gorum (depending on which classes Shadowdragon and Ironperenti are using).

No preference. Whichever you'd like to play.

Horizon Hunters

Fighter, sorry, back on my computer.

I decided on Hakon.

Silver Crusade

So two fighters, one skald, one investigator, and one cleric.
Is it a combat cleric?

Grand Lodge

Mobility Cleric. Get initiative, drop blessings before anyone else acts.

Silver Crusade

Sounds like the L2 Arcanist? He's not much but he has a wand of CLW and one of Magic Missile.
