Firstly, Zashodu has collected all of his allies in his "vitality network." He can transfer it's energy to any of them to lessen their wounds.

Reference:
Vitality Network wrote:

Your soul supports a network of magical energy that connects and heals those in your bond. Your vitality network has a maximum capacity equal to 6 + 4 Hit Points per mystic level. You gain the Transfer Vitality action that you can use to take Hit Points out of your network and into yourself or your allies as healing.

Life or death situations help strengthen your bonds with your allies. At the start of each turn in combat, when you regain actions, your vitality network regains 4 Hit Points; if you are master in your connection skill, it regains 6 Hit Points instead; if you are legendary, it regains 8 Hit Points. When you Refocus, your vitality network regains all its Hit Points.

Between Zashodu and Sani the party can be fully healed in short order.

Hero Points for all!

The building seems mostly quiet.

The first point of interest are seven 20-foot-tall machines that connect to a tangle of starmetal pipes. Scaffolds lead to a metal platform 40 feet above the floor. Ambient magical energy hangs in the air, to anyone who cares to try to detect it. The machines are hot to the touch.

DC 20 Arcana or Crafting:
These are cooling vents, or at least they should be. They aren't properly venting, and dangerous radiation could be released at any time.

There's a stairway to access a higher level, but it just overlooks the same machinery. Presumably for maintenance, since these machines are quite tall.

The only way forward is an airlock-like door. The panel next to it suggests that it is supposed to be locked, but the display is scrambled at it easily admits anyone who approaches.

When the door opens, sweltering heat pours out from the reactor room.

You can retch as an action to reduce or remove the Sickened condition as normal, but since it's caused by an ongoing affliction it may well just get inflicted again until you've dealt with that.

Most of the party feels unwell. Some of them may recognize the symptoms as being similar to radiation exposure--that might well be what it is.

Before they can think too much about that, though, the creature addresses them. She is a lumpy blue thing with a single large eye and a mass of tentacles, floating about five feet above the ground. The floating creature speaks with a voice like static: “I am Amnieka, and I swaddled the Newborn.”

And with that, she attacks, her tentacles writhing as she begins to cast a spell.

Dr. Sanity fully heals everyone. He also starts feeling a little better.
Sanity Fort: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25 Success. Sanity no longer suffers from radiation sickness, though doesn't immediately recover from the Sickened condition.

Fengsai feels sicker, if anything. She doesn't see any damage to the vents, though--it looks more like they were disabled, and since the party has now identified a likely saboteur... it was probably her.
Failed save, since Fengsai got Sickened from two sources and Amnieka's spell DC is the higher one. Fortunately the disease's save DC is lower, so that one's only a failure. Oddly enough, that may be a good thing--it deals another poison damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1 and increases your Sickened level to 3, but it also lasts long enough that you don't need to worry about more saves during this fight.

Grizzi moves over to the control panel. He sees a note that's clearly been taped to the panel for many years that says "LEAVE ON" in black marker, next to a large switch that has been turned off. However, the panel is broken as though somebody struck it repeatedly with a large tentacle after turning the switch off. It will probably take at least a few minutes to patch. Grizzi targeted the midwife as before (apparently unsure as to what is a "baby") Since his rifle is unwieldy, he can't make a second attack with it this round. If either the midwife or the bubble appear to be wearing,

or wielding a tech item, he will use Digital Diversion.

Computers to Create a Diversion: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26

Otherwise, he uses an action to draw his cryoknife with one of his free hands.
