Spreadsheet update, and now posted in Recruitment as well (sorry, forgot that channel was being used for the Aid)
Not boosted unfortunately - the table really needed to use the heal to get one PC conscious and another not at 1hp

I am about to post the transition to Part 4. Given the nature of PbP, I am adjusting things slightly. I believe it would be detrimental to stop all play for the "5 minutes" (1 day) as it is usually best to keep momentum and we do not need the physical break that in-person games do. I have placed the modification in bold.
Following the transition announcement that begins Part 4, table GMs must immediately endbegin wrapping their current encounters (as described above.) This effectively provides a 5-minute break for the House to stretch legs and mentally recharge. and transition player characters ready to begin Part 4.
The Overseer GM asks all tables in the House to choose one of the two missions, one of which involves fighting jinsul boarding parties while the other consists of starship combat encounters. Because the House needs successes in both missions, the tables should try to split approximately 50/50 between the two missions.
Table GMs should help the players coordinate their decision: be sure to emphasize the importance of balance, but don’t dictate what mission the group takes part in. Table GMs should also alert the players that they can switch between the two missions after the first encounter, so they need not worry about being committed to one type of encounter for the remainder of the special.
As this is the official home for GM discussion, this is where that conversation will take place. Hopefully we can have a fairly even split with little negotiation. Please post what your table's preference is, if they have one.
If we have an early consensus on missions, I will move us to Part 4 sooner, otherwise this will occur in approximately 24 hours.

My table has indicated they prefer to avoid Starship combat.
GM Zoomba |
Waiting for another vote or two to confirm, but my table looks to be leaning towards Starship combat as well

OK, I have heard from our final GM - their table is going for Boarding Party (not starship combat). This means we are pretty evenly split. Kishmo's table could even still choose which way they go given they were mostly going for starship combat thinking it would be needed.
I know a few tables are still actively trying to complete their current encounter. We still have a few hours if needed.
Unless we have two or more tables close to completing Cracked Mirror or The Last Outpost, we won't have another announced condition.
If you are - please shout out now.
Otherwise, post when your table is ready to move on so I don't leave too much dead time.

We only report a Buying Time success if we finish both sets of space battles, correct?
The success is reported for the second part of the buying time mission.
Buying Time: Report the defeat of a jinsul capital ship
Reporting: If the PCs deal the required amount of damage to
the capital ship during the Counterattack encounter, the table
should report a success for the Buying Time mission.

It seems we are better, or at least faster, at shooting jinsul out of the sky then we are pushing them out the airlock. Hoping to see some All Hands On Deck successes roll in soon.
I want to thank you all for the even distribution of Aid Tokens. You have also been doing a better job of keeping them moving recently. Let's use them to best advantage to beat back the jinsul and save our lost Starfinders.

What table(s) fighting the jinsul blaster-to-blaster needs an Aid token?
We've ended up with 2 somehow, and just used one (to hopefully great effect, but explicitly can't use multiple Aid tokens in a single encounter)

What is the exact Date/Time of the cutoff for Part 4? The schedule says Part 4 goes through April 21, but is that the start of the 21st or the end? My group is literally 1 HP away from victory in "All Hands on Deck" and while I want to let the players play, I also want to get them credit for a victory they deserve. I will bot someone if necessary to beat the clock.

We are due to close Part 4 and transition to the conclusion and wrap up at the end of Friday 21 April (theoretically UTC 23:59). If we have tables close to completing their mission, I may be a little lenient, just as if we, as the house, achieve sufficient success, I will transition us sooner but allow GMs some leeway to transition their individual tables. We have one table who has already complete both Part 4 missions.

Aid token passed!
(And my table is also a round away from likely completing their current mission (though it is a Starship one)

I'm not sure if I am just too tired and am overlooking it, but how do we report our tables?
The first post in the event thread covers this.
We will be using RPG Chronicles for signup management and reporting. If you have an RPG Chronicles account, you can manage signups and chronicle generation (including emailing chronicles to your players) simply by logging into your existing RPG Chronicles account and using the Outpost VI event code.
So, if you are using RPG Chronicles, once your game is ready, there is a Submit Report to HQ button. Make sure to put in any reporting notes if needed (variances in reputation earned, etc).
If you are not using RPG Chronicles, the linked post as a link to use for reporting.

A reminder for those who have not yet completed it, while not compulsory, it would help for future planning if you would respond to a short survey.
I plan to retire this game in the next 48 hours.
