Tekumbray laces another arrow into the unsuspecting throat of another goblin while al'Adhaa's stinger pierces the other goblin's back, dropping the creature.

Looking to the east, you hear more goblins on their way. Likewise there are more coming from the south.

Tekumbray steps across the tunnel to the opposite wall and calls to his companions to fall back down the tunnel they'd just left. "We might be able to circle back around on them." He says quietly, while readying one last arrow to send across the room when the first goblin comes into view.

Tek will step across to get a view of the opposite tunnel. Wait to fire, then bonus hide.

My thought is to fall back into the tunnel as a choke point. Or maybe a running combat as we circle back around to room 12 and try to escape back out and up the ropes or come at them from behind. Totally open to other ideas.

GM: Was room 12 where we entered and we have explored A, B, 1, 2 & 3 already, correct? Just want to make sure I'm not suggesting us into someplace we haven't been yet.

Adonius-wolf hears more goblins coming from the northwest cooridor. He growls and nods his head toward that tunnel opening.

Whether or not they understood, the large, dire wolf moves to and nudges Cayde back to the southeast tunnel. So, he tries to position Cayde where Baheera finishes the combat, so he can squeeze into the tunnel opening next to hom. He pushes Baheera behind him and Cayde.

I'll draw lines to represent what Adonius is nudging everyone. Following Tek's advice

Tekumbray listens and quickly glances back down the passage to make sure no one is coming at them from behind. With the way still looking clear, the gnome then fires another arrow at one of the uninjured charging goblins before utterly disappearing back into the shadows.

The Adonius-Wolf continues to stand guard waiting for the inevitable arrival of the mass of goblins.

From within the shadows, Tekumbray watches as two more emerge from the tunnel in the east. Focusing his attention on the first he draws, almost releases but adjusts at the last moment as Adonius shifts in preparation for the other goblins rushing toward their position. The gnome breathes. Waits. An opening. Snap of bow, hiss of flight, and a hit.

Moments later Tekumbray as he slips back into the shadows, the gnome sees a flurry of ghosts whirl around the second goblin. Their hungry hands grasp and cling to the little creature, sending cold chills of death rippling through its body.

Baheera and Tek finish off the goblins coming from the eastern tunnel as the Adonius-wolf savagely drags another to the ground as it approaches.

Cayde's javelin misses as more goblins arrive from both the north and south tunnels, with two reaching party. One of the goblin's blades finds its way passed Baheera's defenses, slicing into the warlock's flesh.

Baheera takes 3 damage.

From his niche in the rocks Tekumbray spots another opening through the melee. The ghosts surrounding him all nod grimly and look on with void-eyed anticipation as the arrow flies and strikes another of the approaching goblins with uncanny precision. He then disappears once again behind the fighting warriors and into the shadows.

The genie warlock targets the goblin nearest the one just slain by Tekumbray's arrow, with an eldritch blast, killing yet another. Cayde swings his hammer but is unable to land a blow. The Adonius-wolf savages one of the closest goblins, tearing the leg clean off of the unfortunate goblin.

More goblins flood in from the northern passage, while the lone remaining goblin from the first wave stabs at the Adonius-wolf, but fails to land a meaningful blow.

The goblins, fearing for their lives continue to flee from the fight.

Cayde can take AoO. Then the party is up.

He didn't really feel good about running the creatures down, but the thought of the evil little monsters sounding alarms or taking revenge on the city population later quickly squelches that concern and he draws another arrow.

Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

Move up and fire.

Cayde crushes one of fleeing goblins while Tek's shot takes down another. Fearing for their lives, the remaining pair of goblins split up, one hoping on the zipline that goes toward another ledge 20 feet below, while the other rushes toward the rope bridge.

Party is up.
