7) Anything else I should know?: Nana has an animal companion (Kernuffle the ape) and also uses a Figurine of Wondrous Power (Kevin the Viridium Moonbeast) as a flying mount. Campaign ruling means that the mount is a non-combatant because of the animal companion.

7) Anything else I should know?: Kahwen has both the Scout and Swordmaster archetypes. Swordmaster is fairly niche for effectiveness but Scout allows him to deal sneak attack damage any time he moves 10' or more (which is pretty much all the time.)

(9+10+11+8+9)/5 = 47/5 = 9.4 - High tier presumably.

You could be right on the four player adjustment. I'll have to check the Guide.
