Botting Olnik
Othello cuts Blue to ribbons.

Olnik's inspiring battle music continues to resonate as they take the music forms into a giant battlehammer over near the pianist. It swings toward the performer, but falters, then if I am reading sanctuary right I lose the action so the spell goes poof.

The brownie, not wanting to be outdone, also swings and misses twice. The spiritual weapon adds a miss of its own.
I do not believe you can use the Sustain action on a spell more than once in a turn.
Siddhartha breaks the combo by landing his second strike, and criticizes the maestro between chuckles.
Unburdened by self-reflection, the enemy sustains the spell on Siddhartha, then pokes him with hid baton and steps closer to the organ.
Conductor's Baton: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (9) + 12 = 21
Bludgeoning Damage: 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (3, 1) + 5 = 9 plus shove
Stabbing things you can't control with a magical musical instrument is hard.

Inspire Courage round 1/1
Siddhartha (-7 HP, slowed 1)
Black (-47 HP) / Organ (-13 HP, shoddy)
Yellow
Othello (-5 HP)

Krakazh gulps and steadies her nerves a little.
Performance: 1d20 + 13 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (19) + 13 + 1 - 1 = 32 Hallelujah! On the other hand, inspire has lasted longer this way.
Cackling with her success, she casts a spell (Fear) at the organist. (DC 20 due to frightened)

"Get away!
Othello strikes: 1d20 + 12 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 12 + 1 = 23
Damage: 2d10 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (6, 1) + 2 + 1 = 10
Othello strikes again: 1d20 + 12 + 1 - 5 ⇒ (3) + 12 + 1 - 5 = 11
Damage: 2d10 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (9, 8) + 2 + 1 = 20
Othello strikes a third time: 1d20 + 12 + 1 - 10 ⇒ (12) + 12 + 1 - 10 = 15
Damage: 2d10 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (6, 3) + 2 + 1 = 12

I don't think so, you sad excuse for a musician.
◆ Stride to get between Black and the Organ
◆ Shove Black back away from the Organ, following if I am successful
Athletics to Shove versus Fort DC: 1d20 + 13 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 13 + 1 = 32
10 Feet if that is a crit success, and shove says I can follow Black as part of the action.
Since he can't go straight back due to the Brownie and the wall, can I angle him to my right to get him further from the organ? Perhaps to where the X is? And I would follow to Y?

In time with his rhythmic drumming, both of Olnik's spells strike at the musician. As he chants along with the music, the amulet around his neck glows a deep green, shooting a beam toward Othello and infusing him with insight.
◆ Cast a Spell: guidance from his amulet of the occult to give Othello a +1 status bonus on next attack roll, Perception check, saving throw, or skill check before the start of my next turn.
◆ Sustain a spell: summon fey
Brownie shortsword attack 1 w/ inspiration and flanking: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 7 + 1 = 18
Brownie shortsword damage (slashing): 1d6 ⇒ 1
Brownie shortsword attack 2 w/ inspiration, flanking, and multi-attack penalty: 1d20 + 7 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (14) + 7 + 1 - 4 = 18
Brownie shortsword damage (slashing): 1d6 ⇒ 6
◆ Sustain a spell: spiritual weapon
spiritual weapon attack w/ inspiration: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 11 + 1 = 27
spiritual weapon damage (force): 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Though the Brownie continues to have trouble hitting, he cheers to see the maestro struck by the glowing warhammer. "Huzzah!"

Othello finally lands a hit on the musician. Just one, however.
Krakazh finally finds her tune, and tries to frighten the enemy the way he frightened her.
Will save: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (10) + 17 = 27
He seems a bit nervous, but holds his ground.
The brownie continues to flail, but it causes enough distraction for Olnik's magic hammer to connect.
Siddhartha pushes the composer away (but not critically). His continuing laughter seems more genuine now.
The position is my best guess for where you both would end up on a basic success.
Another baton jab heads toward Siddhartha.
Conductor's Baton: 1d20 + 12 - 1 ⇒ (1) + 12 - 1 = 12
Bludgeoning Damage: 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (1, 6) + 5 = 12 plus shove
Missing terribly, he tries to take out the brownie.
Conductor's Baton: 1d20 + 12 - 5 - 1 ⇒ (15) + 12 - 5 - 1 = 21
Bludgeoning Damage: 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (2, 6) + 5 = 13 plus shove
The summoned creature vanishes in a puff of music. He then moves back to the keyboard.
Siddhartha only may take a reaction based on this Stride.
Round 10-11 - bolded may go
Inspire Courage round 1/3
Siddhartha (-7 HP)
Black (-67 HP) / Organ (-13 HP, shoddy)
Yellow
Othello (-5 HP)
Krakazh

Oh well, no Attack of Opportunity, but he didn't sustain the spell, so I believe I have three actions now.
You Sir, need to get calmed down
◆ Stride to get around Black to Flank with Othello
◆ Flurry of Blows on Black (I'll use non-lethal, because as A Monk, I can)
First Attack of Flurry of Blows using Tiger Claw Strikes with Inspire Courage: 1d20 + 14 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 14 + 1 = 29
Slashing damage, additional 1d4 Persistent Bleed on a crit with Inspire Courage: 2d8 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (2, 7) + 4 + 1 = 14
Second Attack of Flurry of Blows using Tiger Claw Strikes with Inspire Courage: 1d20 + 14 - 4 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 14 - 4 + 1 = 31
Slashing damage, additional 1d4 Persistent Bleed on a crit with Inspire Courage: 2d8 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (7, 4) + 4 + 1 = 16
I am pretty sure that is 46 Point of damage
◆ One more strike, just in case, still non-lethal
Third Attack of Flurry of Blows using Tiger Claw Strikes with Inspire Courage: 1d20 + 14 - 8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 14 - 8 + 1 = 13
Slashing damage, additional 1d4 Persistent Bleed on a crit with Inspire Courage: 2d8 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (6, 1) + 4 + 1 = 12

Siddhartha maneuvers around the conductor and sucker-punches him twice, finally bringing him to the ground.
Combat over!
The maestro lies unconscious at the foot of his precious organ. His baton is magical, as is a wand that was in his possession. You do not think that the organ can be moved with the tools you have at hand, but the ivory and metals in the smaller parts can be removed and taken with you.
* bolster (mindless undead within 100 feet get +1 attack and damage for 1 round)
* dance (mindless undead within 100 feet Stride up to 15 feet in the same direction)
* discordant blast (living creatures other than the player within 30 feet take 2d6+9 sonic damage)
* swing (mindless undead within 100 feet make a Strike in the same direction)
* Weaken (mindless undead within 100 feet get -1 attack and damage for 1 round)
And before you ask, what is behind the mask is not provided, so you can use your imagination as to why he was wearing it.
Now that the chaos of combat is over, you notice a large door behind the organ. It is not locked.

I think that was the least pleasant musical theater I have ever attended. as he ties up the maestro.
A 10 minute refocus will bring my HP back to full and allow me to regain my Focus Point before we proceed.
Siddhartha can also use Crafting to dissemble the small parts, and can help with any necessary healing.

"I agree whole heartedly," Krakazh says wrapping up their jaunty bagpipe tune.
Performance: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (15) + 13 = 28
She runs her fingers gently over the keyboard, not playing, just getting a feel for the instrument. "I feel like this machine is a poor use of the magic of music."
