Despite being a more put-together sort of goblin, Flunk is used to the foul smell.
Then he whispers, pointing at the ogre, "Well, there's our mark. Anyone want to try a sneak attack of some sort?"

Edogawa spends a few minutes regaining his appetite. He is no longer sickened condition.
Gavin makes sure his weapon is loaded and ready for action.
Once he feels good, everyone thinks about their approach against the ogre and the two giant shrews.
I know two of the PCs will be botted. What about Gavin, Flunk and Guide? Will you continue towards the X room and attack the ogre? Or keep exploring elsewhere?

You see some rusty targes bearing the symbol of the bearclaws. Most of them are shattered beyond repair.
Room +
You walk towards the stairs and see a pond of relatively clean water. This must be the only thing the ogre hasn't despoiled.

The Guide sneaks across to the pool. The water is still clean, amazingly. She sees something in the water and pulls it out. It's a onyx panther talisman.

Room Star
Shattered spears, shields and armors surround a soiled statue of a proud orc warrior. This room was once used for weapon storage and animal furs, but it's been wasted or ruined.
Room Triangle
This chamber has been turned into a makeshift bedroom. Beds have been pulled from elsewhere in the cave and pushed together to form one large misshapen sleeping place. The beds have collapsed and now lean haphazardly against each other. The blankets and pillows are filthy, and flies buzz about. Tunnels exit to the north and south.
Not every day was going to be pretty. The Guide sifts through the junk and filthy bedding. Oh! Sharp. Eww. Slimey. Uhoh! Moving!
Finally she finds a pile of copper and silver coins underneath one of the (luckily) cleaner pillows. The coins bear the seals of different kingdoms: Chelaxian, Isgeri, Druman, and Molthuni denominations.
---
All that remains is the lazy ogre, upon his trash throne.

Tavin skewers the remaining shrew with a single blow and then considers raising his shield. Maybe he'd like to do something else instead? The first attack killed the shrew, so Tavin has one more action. The Guide takes this chance to use her magic to remove the javelin, leaving him good as new.
Edogawa realizes the lumbering orc is not very graceful and lobs a putrid bag at his nostrils. The ogre breathes it in and coughs, trying to expel the toxins.
Gavin sees his chance, and runs ahead, loading a sling bullet and hurling it ahead. The ogre is too busy coughing to pay attention and is beaned right in the head.
Ogre is at 15 damage with 1d4 Persistent poison damage.

Hate to waste a natural 20... so perhaps he throws his dagger at the Ogre, incurring a -4 for the range, which based on my bomb hit, should still hit and thus crit?
Further, looking over the damage and dice rolls, @Gavin. In 2e, a crit doesn't have you roll additional dice. It just flat out doubles your initial result. For better or worse. Hence wanting a static bonus, like strength bonus, when possible

I thought that might happen. I also hate to waste the natural 20, but Tavin would move forward to be with 10 feet of the Ogre (one square southwest of Edogawa) so he is in range to do his Retributive strike on the Ogre. Tavin moves ahead and raises his shield, bracing himself for the ogre's violence. Flunk's magic missiles fling overhead and catch the ogre unaware.
The ogre draws a massive battleaxe. "That tastes worse than the last batch of orcs!" He continues to hack and cough as he takes aim at Tavin.

Tavin bravely steps forward and prepares his dagger.
Gavin sees his moment. Just like grandpappy used to tell him. The big ones never see it coming. They stand taller, but their heads are in the clouds. Never able to keep their feet on the ground like halflings can. And Gavin sees something the ogre doesn't: part of its hide helmet was torn off by his last bullet.
So the bullet goes straight there, crackling with electricity. Tavin watches the spark jolt through the ogre, and hears the ogre groan before losing strength in his arms. The battleaxe clatters to the ground and the ogre falls to his knees. Tavin takes a step back to clear room for the ogre's body, still sparking with electricity.
Combat Over. Tavin took 7 damage.
Behind the refuse pile you see several of the slain (and partially eaten) orcs who got in the Ogre’s way. Most of their armor has begun to rot, but you find a pair of gold earrings set with gems, the other a set of silver bracelets.
