I do not see any benefit in saving Vector, nor any of the axiomites.
I'm open to persuasion if people have good reasons, but - these are outsiders embodying particular concepts of Law at odds with the mission we set out to accomplish. We decided (as a Society, and by extension as individual Seekers who accepted this mission) to release a demigod from millennia of captivity, an act that will have a destabilising effect on the elemental planes and the multiverse. Vector and his chums decided that was a bad idea, but we've done it. I don't imagine for a second that those Lawful outsiders can now be persuaded that they were wrong and we were right.

Having run this scenario, I will abstain from any decision making about this.

Scenario complete and reported! (Though there are still some roleplaying opportunities for anyone interested.) You satisfied both success conditions (shattering the Opal and realigning all four devices at the Forge successfully).
You each have two choices to make for your chronicle sheet.
First, you get an elemental affinity boon of your choice. Choose earth, air, water, fire or heart.
Second, you pummeled Isah socially. I'll just copy from the chronicle sheet:
Isah’s Wish: You secured a wish from the efreeti Isah. When you gain this boon, either spend 8 Prestige Points or cross this boon off your Chronicle sheet. Choose one of the following benefits and cross out the others.
Wish for Glory: Your Fame score increases to a total of 2 × your XP, as though you had earned the maximum amount of Fame in each adventure to this point. This does not increase your Prestige Point total.
Wish for Power: You gain a permanent +1 inherent bonus to one of your ability scores.
Wish for Wealth: Increase your gold earned for this adventure by 25% (rounded up).
Wealth would be 4,343 for Reiko and 3,271 for anyone else. If you choose Glory, I need to know how many Fame you are missing.

Thanks for running GM :)
Looks like fixing all four parts of the forge makes quite a difference, if that's what sets the Might bonus as well.
Quenly chooses Water affinity (seems apt given his use of the Breath) and Wish for Power.

cmlobue |

Yes, Might is the number of devices you align.
Quenly's chronicle is here, and others' will be added as they make choices.

Thanks, GM! This is such a great scenario and you did a great job handling all its complexities!
Otto will take 1 Fire affinity boon.
For the boon, Otto will spend 8 Prestige for Wish for Power and will take a permanent +1 to Wisdom.
(Otto will also spend another 1 Prestige to complete his faction mission as noted in a different post, but waiting on GM approval of this.).

cmlobue |

Otto, no problem with the faction mission. Chronicle uploaded.

Thank you for running, especially with those incredibly complicated combats!
Reiko will take 1 fire affinity boon, and spend 8 PP for Wish for Power and a +1 Int.
(For Faction goals, were we on a demiplane? I don't think so, but wanted to check. Alternatively, did we acquire a unique magic item and bring it back to the society? Or recover a named text?)

Thanks GM, chronicle looks good :)
Even though we didn't suffer any real damage, the final fight felt epic. If our saving throws weren't up to scratch those time oracles and Vector would have shunted half the party into the future and ganged up on the rest :o You did a fine job running.

cmlobue |

You are on regular planes, all the unique magic items from the scenario were on loan from the Society, and there were no interesting books in the Plane of Fire. You can spend 1 PP to check a box like Otto did.

![]() |

Boo! I'll spend the PP to check a box. I have it to spare. :)

![]() |

Don't the bracers of volcanic might count as a unique item for that faction card goal? They don't appear to be a standard item and their rules are printed on the chronicle sheet.

![]() |

Even better!

+1 wisdom and water affinity.
Wow, that is a nice boon and worth the PPs.

I assume the ring mentioned in the closing post is the same one on the chronicle sheet and still has to be purchased to be usable, GM?
Thanks for the game everyone :)

Where are the chronicle sheets?
